“WASHINGTON — A federal judge in Seattle on Tuesday blocked an order by Attorney General William P. Barr that would have kept thousands of migrants detained indefinitely while waiting for their asylum cases to be decided.
Judge Marsha J. Pechman of United States District Court for the Western District of Washington described the order, which would have denied some migrants a bail hearing, as unconstitutional. Under a preliminary injunction, Judge Pechman said migrants must be granted a bond hearing within seven days of a request or be released if they have not received a hearing in that time.
“The court finds that plaintiffs have established a constitutionally protected interest in their liberty, a right to due process, which includes a hearing before a neutral decision maker to assess the necessity of their detention and a likelihood of success on the merits of that issue,” Judge Pechman wrote. …”

The constitution was shredded a long time ago. The fact that any federal judge can overrule the will of the people, and the executive branch, proves it. Instead of giving in to those dictators with gavels, make them try to enforce their decisions. Why most of those robed tyrants aren’t hanging from streetlamps is a mystery to me.

These federal judges declare the Constitution unconstitutional (rejecting the president’s power to determine who gets in), require the government to count illegals the same as citizens in the census, reject deportation and detention and a wall, and on and on and on. It would appear as if each and every federal judge– at all levels– now has power equal or superior to that of the president.

I was switching channels and stopped on a Jewish channel and listened to a Jewish woman from Memphis being interviewed.She claimed Jews really do not like rural areas(she considers Memphis too rural) and feel better in cities( especially New York which she said was like Heaven) and that if it wasn’t for Jews the South would still be segregated. Her interviewers, also Jewish , admitted that most Jews think a person is ignorant and white trash when they hear a Southern accent.(The woman interviewed had a Southern accent)
