  5. If I cared about his kind of music I’d put him on my personal boycott list, which is huge.

    I am sick of the weird PC garbage. Reading history is a hobby but some time ago I decided to skip reading history written by Americans in the last ~25 years (excepting carefully-screened military history). Too much “revisionism” and PC crap, sometimes in the strangest of places. American fiction sucks too. Same with pop music and films. I am reading a book from the 1930s now and catching up on great films from the 1950s. And I have recently discovered the 1960s tv show “The Fugitive.” A long-winded way of saying American culture today is rotten. Earle is just another example.

    The Fugitive was a good show only because of the premise. Like why castaway movies are hard to mess up. The score was good too. But it was chock full of racial PC whenever possible. Not every episode but any time non-whites were featured. As long as your instincts know when to wince the rest is enjoyable.

  11. In the 1960’s Texas liberals led by Ralph Yarborough and Lyndon Baines Johnson attempted to portray Texas as the “MODERN” and “ENLIGHTENED” Southern State. This carried through to Texas becoming Republican in the 1970’s a defined attempt to DISASSOCIATE Texas from the rest of Dixie by promoting a Texas identity over a Southern one. Thus you can have a hundred Texas style restaurants from Bangor Maine to San Diego all displaying the Texas Flag a okay but if you hung the Southern Cross, the howls of racism would never cease.

    The fact of history was and is that the Texas identity and the Southern identity are welded to one another like two pieces of steal. You cannot truly be one without the other.

    The most unfortunate thing Texas ever did was join the Confederacy as a State instead of remaining its own nation and signing a military alliance. Texas is the only state that LEGALLY has De Jure recognition as an independent nation. The Confederacy’s main problem was that it could not get De Jure recognition as a nation, it could only be recognized as a belligerent. I always wonder would history have been any different had the Republic of Texas turned around, recognized the Confederacy and possibly the nations who recognized the independent Texas would have recognized the CSA as well. It is my understanding now that if Texas left the Union, those recognitions are still legally valid after 179 odd years

    There is today some confusion over this. I had one Texas Nationalist try to tell me Texas had a special agreement with the CSA and I have attempted to research this but to no avail.

  14. I liked some of his songs like Hillbilly Highway which is pretty much the life story of everyone who left Appalachia and went north of the Ohio River looking for work. My family left Kentucky in the 1960’s I was born and raised in Ohio lots of Southern ex-pats in my area. I learned most of the Southern History on my own trying to understand my family’s heritage. It wasnt until the internet I discovered we were originally from the Tidewater, owned large plantations there in the Colonial Era before my branch ended up in Harlan, KY. Unfortunately most of them were Unionists which is a sad point though my gr,gr gr Grandpa’s second cousin was a Colonel in the Orphan Brigade.

  20. What a drag! I knew Steve Earle when he was 16, 17 years old (he’s a year older than me & we both frequented a “coffee house” called the Gate House). He was heavily into cocaine, then, & I thought he was crazy for wanting to go to Nashville. Apparently, he knew what he was doing & his music came along great- but I never pegged him for being a complete phony. This makes me sick.

  21. I used to like his music, but it’s all over now. The good news is that:
    a) he’s a has been and few young people know who he is.
    b) lefties don’t listen to Steve Earle, and most who do are like me and will not be converted.

    The bad news is that this song will probably get used for a lot of antiwhite propaganda.

    We need to get more songs for our side. Facts and reason won’t win the crowds the way that songs, slogans, images, and videos will. That’s where we are weak and the left is strong. The good news is we have country music but on the radio it is watered down with songs like Garth Brooks’ “we shall be free” and all kinds of other multiculti poison.

    Internet to the rescue! Now we can get stuff out via music sharing sites, youtube, etc. We are not dependent on TV and radio stations or newspapers to take our side any more!

    The reality is that American, Western popular music individuals don t really have that many choices if they want to remain in the public eye. Nationalist or even populist politics are basically taboo. Sure you can do a Ted Nugent Hank Williams type deal and embrace God, Guns and some a Neo axon version of patriotism, you can abuse drugs and alcohol like Steve Earle, most everyone from Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen to John Cougar Melencamp go in for preachy PC Liberal,politics with special emphasis on opposing White racism. They all look like clueless idiots or worse traitors to us, but if everybody else in the popular music industry is doing it they are basically just going with the flow, choosing the lifestyle choices of successful people. We have to find ways where music celebrities can choose our side and not have their careers destroyed, and those who choose anti Southern, anti Confederate, anti White causes – it has to become bad for their careers. The SPLC really does have an ungodly amount of $, so do the heavily Jewish donors or GOP presidential politics.$ talks. It looks like Steve Earle has simply taken the 30pices of silver.

    • I definitely agree that we need musicians on our side. No question about it.

      But I think most of the big money musicians are beyond our reach unless they decide on their own to take a stand. We can essentially forget about them and if one does join us then that would be a windfall.

      I think the smart thing would be for people like us to raise as much $ as we can to sponsor some promising amateurs, whether soloists or garage bands, then the resulting music becomes our property to use however we see fit and we put it on sharing sites for free distribution.

      I suspect it wouldn’t cost an insane amount to get a decent garage band to put out something original for us.

      We could make the request simple, such as limiting to Country or Pop genre and containing some kind of pro-white or anti multi-culti message. I just googled “how to sponsor a musician” and the top 10 hits were all relevant to musicians seeking sponsors rather than the other way around, so it looks like a buyer’s market.

      If anyone on here knows an amateur musician or someone trying to make money at it, then maybe you should approach him/her. I think we should approach several artists, or at least have several songs done since invariably some songs will be a flop. Surely if we got 10 different songs by 10 different artists, then at least one of them would be a hit for us to use in pro-white propaganda videos and to share online as free mp3s. The artist would be free to remain anonymous if he’s afraid of “coming out.”

    The established stars are hopeless at this point, but their music is largely sterile, anyway. Grassroots is the only way to go, and it would have to start small. The problem always comes when the stars want to make money. It’s always interesting to look at the type of houses that stars like Elvis, Johny Cash, Hank Williams and others lived in after breaking out. They couldn’t touch what Justin Bieber had at 18 years of age.

    Roots music that truly is independent of the Jewish industry is sorely needed. I wish I were good at organizing or had musical talent.

  30. Why are we surprised? Many of the South’s worst enemies have been from the South itself. There were hundreds of them during the War Between The States, without which the North loses hands down. Some of the most fanatical evil abolitionists came from the South. Look up Presbyterian Reverend John Rankin he was a Tennessean who moved to Ripley, Ohio and became the most active Underground Railroad Conductor. In fact the flaming Abolitionist Henry Ward Beecher was asked who abolished slavery after the war and he said, “Reverend John Rankin and his sons did.”

    Ripley Ohio is along the River about 13 miles from where Ulysses S Grant was from in Georgetown.

    The message here is this. You must purge your enemies from among your midst.

  33. The North isn’t the only part of the country though anymore besides the South, you also have the west, which of course is everything pretty much west of Iowa, Minnesota, and Missouri and north of Oklahoma.

    What you see in 1860 especially in the states in the former Northwest Territory was a oligarchy of educated men largely originally from New England owning the banks and newspapers and controlling public opinion. Although the populations were of diverse European nationalities and religions, the public school and newspapers were able to pull them together.

    The situation today is much different. Today with all the nonwhites in the Northern States, anarchy is right in their own backyard. If the South left tomorrow, I expect you would see the North collapse and splinter in 200 different pieces. You have to also remember. Something like 65% plus of the Whites in the US Military may be higher are natives of the South.

    Secession today would be followed by a gigantic collapse in all areas outside the South, there would be no UNION.
