Several years ago, I remember getting an email about what happened to a White Nationalist activist named Michael Weaver just up the road from where I grew up in Columbus, GA.
Michael Weaver was a member of the National Alliance (he received their 2008 “Activist of the Year” award) and had gained some local notoriety by distributing nearly 100,000 fliers and pamphlets in the Columbus area that attacked illegal immigration, affirmative action, and Jewish influence in the Mainstream Media.
Through his aggressive National Alliance activism, Weaver had made himself an enemy of the Columbus, GA political establishment, and in 2011 he was arrested for pepper-spraying a black thug on a sidewalk. After a kangaroo court trial (99 percent of which was about his distribution of White Nationalist fliers), Weaver was sent to a Georgia prison for two years and was banished from the entire Columbus metropolitan area for nine years.
Here’s the condensed version: Weaver was leaving a friend’s house and had gotten into his car when he was approached by two drunk black thugs carrying beer bottles who were out on the street on felony probation. The two thugs, Travis Parson and Frank Bellamy, descended on his car at his driver and passenger side window, respectively, and attempted to steal his car. At that point, Weaver shot Travis Parson in the neck with non-lethal pepper spray in self defense and drove off.
Weaver was arrested for simple battery, a misdemeanor, nearly three years ago on December 4, 2010, and was later rearrested and charged with aggravated assault on August 23, 2011. Detective Cathy Bush convinced State Court Solicitor Ben Richardson, a black prosecutor, to take the case to the Columbus District Attorney, Democrat Julia Slater, who upgraded his charges.
As things stand today, one of two black thugs who attacked Michael Weaver, Frank Bellamy, has returned to prison on burglary and theft charges, and the other one, the “victim” Travis Parson, is currently on the run from law enforcement. The Georgia Court of Appeals just ruled against Weaver after finding that his use of pepper spray in self defense caused “seriously bodily injury” to his attacker who was left temporarily blinded and “in a great deal of pain.”
The official story is that Weaver was driving his car through Columbus, pulled over to the sidewalk, and asked the two black gentlemen to come over to his vehicle, and that Weaver by himself attacked one of the black thugs (who could have easily been armed) with pepper spray for the fun of doing so, and drove away from the scene. Because Weaver was known for distributing thousands of White Nationalist fliers in Columbus, it follows that he would attack random people on the street.
Two months ago, Matt Parrott and Matthew Heimbach were attacked by “anti-fa” at their Tim Wise protest at Indiana State University. The SPLC claimed at the time that Indiana State University Police were investigating the possibility that Trad Youth had staged the attack on itself. Thomas Buhls used pepper spray to subdue his attacker in that incident. Fortunately, Trad Youth didn’t end up in prison like Michael Weaver.
In Columbus, GA, Mayor Teresa Tomlinson recently gave a presentation to a group called the “Southern Anti-Racist Network,” which I stumbled across after clicking on a link at “One People’s Project.” Detective Cathy Bush, who has harassed Michael Weaver for 15 years, was seen with SPLC literature in her hands during Weaver’s trial. Rabbi Jeffrey Salkin, who now heads the New Jersey branch of the ADL, has described his pivotal role in securing Weaver’s conviction:
“Anti-Semitism returned to his daily life in his most recent pulpit, Temple Israel in Columbus, Georgia, when he crossed paths with a white supremacist.
“In a local Starbucks I saw a young man reading a pile of books that included Das Kapital and Mein Kampf. It’s unusual to see someone reading such a pile of books. I struck up a conversation with him,” Salkin said.
“He then started badgering me with anti-Semitic email.
“Lo and behold I discovered my tires were slashed.
“When he was arrested for spraying mace in the face of a black man, I became pivotal in the investigation.
“He had an interesting prison sentence. He was sentenced to one year of prison and nine years of parole, which includes exile from that particular part of the state of Georgia. In my sermon on that, I said that now he knows how the Jew feels. His punishment is to live his life in exile. Our experience will now become his experience.”
Salkin invited Weaver to debate his ideological beliefs over email. Then he used these emails as evidence to show his “bent of mind” at Weaver’s trial.
The moral of the story: as America descends into a Third World country with Soviet-style ritual shaming and show trials like the George Zimmerman trial, keep a wary eye on the declining US judicial system, especially in your area. As the League of the South found out in Shelbyville, the SPLC works with local law enforcement agencies to demonize White Nationalists and Southern Nationalists.
In the US judicial system, you’re only one black jury away from serving hard time in prison.
