  1. You boys are fun to watch. Gasping and crying for a world that is fading and will NEVER return. NEVER. The country is becoming more integrated every day and you are on the losing side of demographics and history. Oh, you will stamp your feet and proclaim your “pride” in your “race” (I’m white, but even I know that race is partly a social construct). It is better to worry about the “human race,” not a small sliver of it. Have fun being obstinate–it will not get you anything in the end.

  2. Michael doesn’t strike me as the sort who believes in miracles.

He does seem to believe in the legitimacy of social constructs (like linguistic norms and grammatical styling). So, I have hope he’ll come to believe, as we do, that the spirit of old Europe (of whom, Dixie was the best expression on the American continent), may be in dire straights – but along with our ancestors, we believe in a God of miracles, who ignites the spirit of heroism in the chests of Southerners, transforming them from couch potatoes into story-book heroes.

What do your liberals have compared with that, Michael?

  3. Hi Michael. Some rapid thoughts.

First of all, your commentary is obviously comprised of fast talking points. Thus, it smells to second-rate propaganda. There are only two options: you’re an activist or you’re fully indoctrinated. The clichés, the buzzwords, the phrasing… you sound canned, almost like a recording.

Secondly, “never” is a very long lapse of time. I believe I can safely assume you’re not very keen on History. If you were, you will know that “never” is a lot of time. In 250 AD everyone knew that Rome was never going to fell. In 720 AD everyone knew that Hispania would be islamic forever, it would never go back. For millenia every egiptian knew that his civilization would last forever, that it would never end, that their gods were the only real ones. In 1900 the British Empire was at its apex. It will “never” dissapear. In the 50’s the best you could hope for was to “contain” the communists. “Coexistence! You will never get rid of the Soviet Union!”

Never, Michael. You know. A long time.

You seem to brag about “these guys” being “on the losing side of demographics and history”. Let’s assume that’s true. Why do you enjoy the prospect of a ethny, a nation, as the southrons are, dying and dissapearing? May we know why, Michael? Where does that hate come from, man? Why do you try to pose as actually enjoying the prospect of the extinction of the southern nation? They’re your cousins (literally, genetically). Stop hating.

Yes, they sometimes proclaim their pride in their race. Race, as extended family, is a essential part of the ethnic consciousness of an ethny, or people. As Biology (human ethology, evolutionary anthropology) explains, human beings learn “who is who” in the family, clan and tribe thanks to cultural clues. We’re biologically programmed to look for those clues and to estimate our relatedness to others. The estimation, culturally mediated as it is, is always imperfect, albeit highly successful. It is sometimes called “social learning”. There are many other species which also use simpler forms of social learning to evaluate who they are, where they belong to, who are their parents…

A baby is genetically programmed to assume that the woman that takes care of him most of the time is his mother. Sometimes it won’t be so, but usually, most of the time, it’s true, so it’s adaptive to assume that relationship.

We also learn about clan, tribe, ethny, nation or race culturally, as we are biologically equipped to do.

To say that “race is partly a social construct” is an stupid truism. The suppositions about biological relatedness that we do are (DNA analysis notwithstanding) cultural constructs. They always were. Stories, clothes, languages and accents, opinions from trusted or high-status individuals give us cultural clues to evaluate belonging, relatedness and ethnic interests. Race, ethny, tribe, clan, nation are “social constructs”. Of course! So what? They are real, highly successful, pretty accurate conceptualizations most of the time. That’s why they are adaptive and the ability to come up with them has been positively selected throughout our natural history.

Why don’t you negate temperature as a “social construct”?

In natural conditions race is implicit. You don’t even talk about it. You don’t notice it the 99% of time. The particulars of the US history have made white peoples of North America to be quite aware of race. On the contrary, in Europe until recent decades it went almost unnoticed just because, you know, in my own country almost nodody had seen a negro person until the early nineties. Only in the films coming from the US you saw negroes. First negroes were met with sincere surprise and shock.

“These guys”, for sure, care about the human race. How could it be otherwise? They’re normal humans. But they care a whole lot more for something far less extended, far less vapid, more real and more close: their southern coethnics and the western world, you know, the eurosphere. Just like usually, in normal conditions, they care even more about their children and brethren. In normal conditions -in absence of ethnic war, for example- the adaptive attitude is to care more about your close family.

I don’t want to go excessively “scientific” but man, you’ll see, they’re the normal guys, acting morally and naturally. You’re the one that shows a pathological behavior, with your masochistic ethnophobia. There’s no bad will in these phrases; it’s just a fact. They’re ethnocentric. To vilify ethnocentrism in whites for fear of ghostly evils is like banning cooking courses for fear of a massive epidemic of bulimia.

Let’s assume you’re right and they’re doomed. Why do you get angry then? If they’re going the way of the dodo, why did you get pissed off by their photo? It seems like you fear they could achieve something with their “obstination” and pride. Why do you fear the prospect of them being successful averting the extinction of their people?

It’s almost like if you were jealous of their pride, their sense of ethnic belonging, their identity, their smiles, their flag. Dunno man, but seems like if you were longing for those things too.

  4. Well Jamara, I’m sure you didn’t hear about them, but those desecrations have been going on for the last thirty years or so…
