Glenn Beck: “America Certainly Is Dead”

Texas

“Have men considered whither all this is tending, and what it certainly enough betokens? Cut every human relation which has anywhere grown uneasy sheer asunder; reduce whatsoever was compulsory to voluntary, whatsoever was permanent among us to the condition of nomadic:—in other words, loosen by assiduous wedges in every joint, the whole fabric of social existence, stone from stone: till at last, all now being loose enough, it can, as we already see in most countries, be overset by sudden outburst of revolutionary rage; and, lying as mere mountains of anarchic rubbish, solicit you to sing Fraternity, &c., over it, and to rejoice in the new remarkable era of human progress we have arrived at.”
- Thomas Carlyle, Latter Day Pamphlets, 1850

Catching up on the news … I see that Glenn Beck has admitted on his cable television show that America is dead and that he has given up, lost faith in the media and government, and has accepted our inevitable slide into a Brazil Norte dystopia.

I can’t summarize Beck’s latest bipolar meltdown any better than this:

“In a bizarre theatrical performance Beck dropped to his knees on the studio floor with a Federal flag, pretending that it was a dying person who was attempting to prevent from bleeding to death …

This comes from a man who not long ago went to the Lincoln temple in Washington, DC and praised Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr in front a huge crowd of nearly all-White conservatives. Beck, the supposed Right-winger, essentially asks the same question that the Leftist National Public Radio asks: What would Lincoln do? He also recently attacked the growing movement of secessionists who have had enough from the Federal Government. The best advice that Beck can offer his audience is to ‘surrender.’ Meanwhile, polls show a quarter of Republicans across the US and half of Georgia Republicans favour secession from a government in which Beck and millions of others have lost faith.

Beck also refuses to acknowledge the fact that universalism, demographic replacement, democracy and equality have destroyed the institutions he mentions. Southerners know all too well the destructive power of these US values; cities across the South have been wrecked by them. Southern nationalists have also predicted all of this going back to the early nineteenth century. …”

What’s the problem?

Abraham Lincoln succeeded in “saving the Union.” Among other things, MLK’s Dream has come true in Detroit, Birmingham, and New Orleans in 2013, where in recent years black voters have elected mayors of such fine outstanding character as Kwame Kilpatrick, Ray Nagin, and Larry Langford.

In a historic milestone for “civil rights,” America has elected and reelected “our first black president,” who has succeeded in adding $5 trillion dollars to our national debt and sending stock prices soaring on Wall Street for the 1%. Last time I checked, “Government of the people, by the people, and for the people” still exists in Rahm Emanuel’s Chicago-stan and Jerry Brown’s Beautifully Medieval California.

Isn’t the effective result of basing our entire society on fidelity to America’s cherished liberal abstractions – freedom, equality, democracy, tolerance, human rights, individualism, civil rights, the free market – not a glorious “Shining City Upon A Hill” and a victory for conservatism which the entire world should desire to emulate?

Why is it time to surrender? The only thing that has happened here is that Americanism has finally vanquished all its counterbalancing rivals and has been taken to its logical conclusion which is national disintegration.

Bet 50 bucks he is the first “mainstream” media guy to flip to “Race Realism” publicly.

I’ll give credit where it’s due. Beck, Rush & Hannity all helped cement my Conservative beliefs in the late 90s-early 00s. The foundation of course was laid for me by my late great Father who explained to me in a conversation in 1977 that “we” were not like “those people”. (Thanks Pop, I’m passing that along to my two sons as well.)
I quit listening to all talk radio, TV News etc. after the last Election. The problem is they don’t go far enough. I don’t miss it anymore and have more time to prep for the coming times that are going to seperate the men from the boys.

    Semper Fi & Godspeed Whites.

The moron thinks the nationalist prescription is a bad thing. He launched right into he holocaust.

This Beck fellow is a cocksucker.

I don’t watch or listen to any of that bilge. I only hear about it on the internet.

  • Sean

I used to listen to, Michael Savage. About seven or eight years ago. I still catch a show now and then, but just for amusement and simple curiosity of the the new zionist/neocon agenda. It never fails, same old bullshit when I listen.

  • Sean

However, I remember watching Beck and his pie charts on the economy back in 2004. He was predicting the economic shit storm when times were still good. I think he was still still on MSNBC?
I stopped watching him in 08 when he went over board with the MLK worship.

Beck is a typical feminized yankee male of the so-called “conservative” variety.

His bedwetting histrionics, like the enraged screeds of Savage, are carefully calculated to appeal to the emotions of Amurrican loyalists.

Not unlike the way a mother will distract an upset child, these media creations are designed to be a pressure relief valve for frustrated tax slaves.

I’ve watched Beck’s show about five times.

    That was hilarious Apuleius

America is dead? Is that supposed to be new news? Spiritually it died in 1860 when the damnyankees elected the tyrant. The waves of race replacement immigration killed the nation in a genetic ( literal sense) and america was long dead before any of us was born

  • m

Glenn Beck. Let’s see. Oh yeah…he’s the more or less mainstream Zionist-neocon, whose radio shtick is a bizarre marriage of stream of consciousness Firesign Theater absurdity with that of a televangelist, and possessing all the subtlety of a carnival barker. What else? A practicing Mormon? A lover of M-L-K J-R–the true Republican? And a tireless promoter of Black Heroes of the American Revolutionary War? Is this the guy we are talking about? Yep. Beck is certainly where it’s at, and definitely a leader for the White cause and the New America.

  • Wayne

Stonelifter is right. The Republic died in 1864, her true sons wore grey.
What is happening now is the ripen fruit of everything since then. Sadly, the disease was not isolated to America, but spread throughout the West by force and emulation.

  • Wayne

As mentioned before, Beck is a relief valve, meant to protect the system. I quit with him back during the MLK and Civil Rights wank off.

  • Wayne

I have a lasting hope that before my head goes down to the grave that I will get to see with my own eyes the hunting down of the cultural Marxist scum from the Baby Boomer generation. I want then to get the 2am knock on the door, I want them hauled to a tribunal to answer for the genocide of the West, then I want them to swing. Start with Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Jane Fonda, the list is endless. Then the same for traitorous politicians, federal judges and modern day activists like Tim Wise. Then I want the enemies who have already died, like Ted Kennedy, LBJ, Roosevelt, MLK , Rosa Parks, etc dug up and hung for public view, like Cromwell.
Just a little dream I have.

Re: “polls show a quarter of Republicans across the US and half of Georgia Republicans favour secession”:

All true conservatives in all states (I suppose it is possible some exist in even the lost liberal states) would like to nullify and secede from this tyranny. Best wishes to all who manage to accomplish it.

Beck is probably never worth listening to. Pay his Neocon kind as little attention as possible.

  • Mosin Nagant

Typo correction: “the lost liberal states” should have been (I thought I wrote): “the most liberal states.”

  • Orthodox

Beck is following the line, he’s just hit that wall when you get past Woodrow Wilson and TR. If you keep following the thread, suddenly the sweater comes undone and you are in pure American crimethink. Then if you keep digging, you get into the Catholic criticism of Protestantism as the source of trouble and then you are a real crimethinker of the first order.

  • No-Man

Orthodox is right. Although I somehow doubt this dickless prick, Beck is going to start advocating the restoration of the Stuarts or ultramontanism.

  • RobRoySimmons

He needs to keep on destroying MLK’s legacy, he was doing a pretty good job of that, he drove the white liberal anti-whites nuts and even further out on the fringe, never mind the black nutters.

  • more of the same

    “Beck is a relief valve”

That’s his function as it is the function of all respectable conservatives. A relief valve is an integral and necessary part of the Amurrican machine.

Methinks, however, the machine is getting ready to sh*t the bed.

  • westie

Wish someone would just slap the crap out of the drama queen and idiot mormon/moron Beck. His Martin Looter campaign was a scream!

    @Wayne

“Start with Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Jane Fonda”

None of them are Boomers, they are all too old by far.

  • http://www.lagriffedulion.f2s.com/ Rudel

“Although I somehow doubt this dickless prick, Beck is going to start advocating the restoration of the Stuarts”

    More’s the pity.

  • Wayne

Rudel: Start with the old and work down by age, a clean sweep of Boomers. Give them the same respect they gave their ancestors.

  • http://www.lagriffedulion.f2s.com/ Rudel

“Rudel: Start with the old and work down by age, a clean sweep of Boomers. Give them the same respect they gave their ancestors.”

How old? The three people you mention are all from the so-called “Silent Generation.”

I give my hard working and law abiding ancestors all the respect they richly deserve. However in the case of the WWII Generation of liberal judges and politicians it is absolutely zero respect due to their creation of the Brown vs. Board of Education decree, the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1965 Immigration Act, various and sundry Great Society measures, and the Vietnam War. Boomers weren’t old enough to vote for any of that shit.

I certainly respect the cash I get from you every month as I deposit my Social Security check. Hahahahaha!

  • Snowhitey

Wayne, we all share your dream. It is only a matter of time. I sure hope someone is compiling a list for handouts when that glorious time arrives. There is a bright side to our future after all.
