I’ve added a new OD Twitter account and Facebook group. I also created a new profile. I plan to update both on a daily basis. The three pages are bare bones at the moment. There’s no way our side can defend itself against these totalitarians using existing law that protects against harrassment? Organized harrassment by Imm’s organization is clearly what’s going on, depriving the targeted group of its Constitutional right to peaceably assemble for redress of grievance and other purposes involving protected freedom of speech, communication, peaceable assembly, etc. Are rights of groups protected against organized harrassment by totalitarians such as Imm? I mean, isn’t it every five god damned freaking milliseconds we hear about some white being jailed for umpteen gazillion years and every penny of his property taken away by the Jews for “depriving” some Negro or some Mexican mestizo illegal wetback trespasser of his “civil rights”? Whites can’t utilize the same laws on the books the Jews have put to use to enrich themselves and bankrupt and jail whites seemingly at will? Is it that one-sided these days?

Jeffrey here doesn’t think it’s an act of aggression (war) to try to deny hundreds of people their right to assemble and have a civilized conference. What if you were denied the same, Jeffrey, what if all of your websites were taken offline, and every time you tried to put one up again it was removed. Wouldn’t you consider that aggression, war by other means? Of course you would, that’s what you are engaging in.

It should be obvious to everyone now that anti-racism cannot co-exist with republicanism.
At the least, AmRen should have a promissory estoppel action against the hotel. There is probably breach of contract as well, in which case there might be a cause of action for tortious interference with contract against Imm.
AmRen also has a solid racial discrimination claim against the hotel under Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which entitles all persons “to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.”
What about directly against Imm? Can Imm be specifically targeted on any sort of anti-harrassment infringement, or interference with, or restraint of, the exercise of civil rights? Isn’t holding a meeting a civil right? It seems a day doesn’t go by but a Negro somewhere isn’t suing a white person for same (using a Jewish laywyer of course). How can Imm get away with this, yet Negroes and Jews sue for less every day in the week?
