Happy New Year 2021!

Happy Year Year!

I’ve been getting some recipe requests lately in the comments.

Since it is traditional in the South to eat black-eyed peas on New Year’s Day for good luck and 2020 was such an awful year, I am going to kick off 2021 with a bowl of Cajun Black Eyed Peas.

Note: This is a great recipe channel which I have recently discovered and bookmarked.

  1. Re: recipes: New Year’s Day essential is Apple pie with maple and shagbark hickory nut topping, the crust made with non-kosher lard. In the South, you would probably have pecans instead of hickories. The growing season here is too short for pecans.

We don’t care for blackeyes and crowders here, but we do grow Doctor Martin giant pole limas, which are eaten with yellow crookneck squash, sweet corn, and tomato sandwiches all summer.

We always grow okra here but eat it raw, not fried or cooked. I eat small okra pods raw when picking and chop some into salads. Okra flower petals are edible like hibiscus. Okra is, interestingly, the ONLY agricultural crop that originated in sub-Saharan Africa.

    • Sub-Saharan Africa seems to have not really domesticated ANY plants or animals, okra being a wild plant that was gathered and tended to some extent. Peanuts originated in Peru, not Africa.

    • Southerners are supposed to eat black eyed peas because our ancestors ate a dish known as Hoppin John. The peas represent your coins in the New Year, but you should also be eating collard, mustard, or turnip greens as well, as this represents your green folding money.
Happy New Year & screw the GOP. You can show all the fealty you want to the donors & they can buy you seats, but you still need us bien peasants to vote to keep you there. For now, at least.

  2. We are not fighting for slavery. We are fighting for independence – and that, or extermination, we will have.
    — Jefferson Davis in reply to James R. Gilmore, 1864

May 2021 bring us our independence and not our extermination…

    • @Banned…

Not only are we NOT going to be ‘exterminated’ this year, dear Banned, we, as a people, are fast moving forward in consciousness – more in the last year than in the previous 50!

Good things coming, though there will be some unpleasantries getting there.

Maybe more good news will come. League of the South defendants were removed from the Harris lawfare suit.

Charlottesville was a setup by the Left to take away their rights to peacefully protest by siccing their BLM, Antifa and other Leftist domestic terror groups on them for coming into Charlottesville to give peaceful speeches in a park for the preservation a Confederate statue that they and not others had a lawful permit for.

The Jews have even jumped in and claiming they were targeted for violence and have used outside money to come up with phony conspiracy arguments to try to forever financially ruin these defenders of the South financially.

Trump should pardon all these political prisoners and dismiss these phony lawfare cases regarding the Charlottesville rally and rebuke strongly these anti-South and anti-White Leftist radicals for their hate crimes against the South and their history and heritage.

But Trump is not our leader and we will never have any real peace until we have a real (Jefferson Davis/Robert E. Lee type) leader of the South and a separate nation to defend our own from extermination and shut down all these unhinged Leftist attacks.

  3. ‘We have survived 2020.”

I do not think that 2020 was particularly perilous, as historic perils go, but, it had to be the most unpleasant year since 1942.

Though I hope 2021 does not follow suit, it is hard to see how it does not.

For things to improve, the Political Establishment has to stop making war on The Citizenry, and for that to happen, there is going to first have to be some serious unpleasantries.

I do not see how it can be any other way, for the majority of those who think they rule have lost all respect for themselves and us.
