Senate Republicans Have The Votes To Confirm Ginsburg’s Replacement

If this is true, it will definitely fire up and solidify the conservative base and help Donald Trump and the GOP in the 2020 election, but it will also fire up the Democrats who will have lost three Supreme Court seats. The Democrats will probably lose it and get even more violent.

It will be interesting to see how a 6-3 Republican Supreme Court ducks overturning Roe after 40 years of promising to reshape the court to get the evangelical pro-life vote. It will require both Roberts and Gorsuch to join the liberals on the court. Social conservatives have lost on multiple issues at the Supreme Court because of 5-4 decisions with Bostock being the most recent bitter defeat.

Libtards, owned.

Note: Can libtards handle the twin blows of losing RBG’s seat on the Supreme Court and Trump being reelected in November without turning to violence?

  1. This is going to send the Left is a full meltdown. Should be funny. I get a kick out of watching the Left lose their collective minds.

  2. I saw some white females on Twitter absolutely losing it….screaming and crying. One over Ginsburg, the other merely because she had driven past a pro-life sign. It was kind of hilarious, but made me think at the same time that our society is deeply broken. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some suicides over this if it does get done.

    • WHORES deserve to die. Public Stoning is too good for them, but it makes the Village complicit in the carrying out of God’s Law. Women who have KILLED – yes, KILLED untold MILLIONS of helpless babies (of whatever color, let’s be fair) are complicit in this shrewish REBELLION against God, Civilization, and their PLACE AS SUBMISSIVE LESSERS TO WHITE MEN.

It’s time, gents, to take on the Patriarchy again, and not ‘suffer these witches to live.’
God is not mocked. HIS WILL SHALL BE DONE.

RBG is dead, TRUMP is going to WIN, and we are on our way to the THEOCRACY.
Unless we let the pagans think they are our equals. They are NOT.

“The engineered pandemic has provided the power structure the premise to implement global societal lockdown. Does our government believe it has the right to compulsory vaccinate populations? Will Americans go blindly along with the many agendas that are clearly being carried out by those in power? The Covid-19 crisis has completely eclipsed unfolding planetary ecological collapse, how much longer can we continue on the current course? We must face the gathering storm head on, continued societal complacency will only ensure our near term common demise. All are needed in the critical battle to wake populations to what is coming, we must make every day count. Share credible data from a credible source, make your voice heard. Awareness raising efforts can be carried out from your own home computer.” -Dane Wigington

A”gain, we really understand the word “goyim.” Those of us with thinking brains kind of tend to be relatively isolated from people who don’t think. We have co-workers who repeat media talking points, but instead of assuming they are the norm, we tend to assume that the norm is actually our own status as thinking individuals, with the people we interact with being feeble, sad, pathetic exceptions to the norm.’

‘In fact, the masses of people truly are sheep. This is a biological reality. They are incapable of thinking for themselves. Most of them have good instincts, but they are so completely confused and not in any way capable of any form of critical analysis. People like the idea of supporting the weak against the powerful, and in truth, this is something that should happen. People should have freedom and justice. I endorse that completely. But as I outlined above, they are on the precise opposite side of every single issue.”- -https://dailystormer.su/anonymous-account-with-six-million-followers-endorses-cia-war-in-syria/

“Live in peace not only with your friends but with your enemies; but only with your personal enemies and not with the enemies of God.”
St. Theodosius of the Kiev Caves (+1074)

St. Philaret of Moscow stated: “Love your personal enemies, hate the enemies of Christ, destroy the enemies of the fatherland.”

      • Theocracy is not coming(at least not the kind you want), and I applaud all the African females and race-mixers who have aborted their babies.

      • @Father John…

Thank you again, Sir, for providing an answer that is not only full of good backbone, but important perspectives.

I was quite UNaware of what St. Theodosius of Kiev said, and that it was, more or less, what Saint Philaret of our church said nearly a millenium later.

        Quite remarkable.

All the best to you and yours, up yonder where the leaves are surely already a million green-gold, flaming lead yellow, burnt orange, and scarlet reds!

  3. So what. So they install a Republican (maybe even White) pro-war capitalist, instead of a Democratic (probably non-White or mixed race) pro-war capitalist. But either one will work to preserve the system, which the Supreme Court scheme was designed to do.

Ruth Ginsburg did that too; everything “radical” was nonessential window dressing. Like “capitalist to the bone” Pelosi, the rights of the people are considered only after the elites are fully secure and satiated.

Ruth seemed to be best friends with arch-conservative “justice” Tony Scalia. They even rode elephant together. The U.S. is really a one-party system with two right wings.

    • I should have written not “pro-war capitalist,” but “pro-Zionist, pro-war, capitalist, lawyer elites.”

The Supreme Court can “legislate” and overrule because it is composed exclusively of pro-Zionist, pro-war, capitalist, lawyer elites who agree on the essentials.

  4. Blormpf already said his pick will be a woman, so he is legitimizing leftist identity politics before the choice has even been made. Gay marriage and abortion will remain the law of the land. Nothing has changed.

    • Then write the White House and say, “WE WANT A PROTESTANT MALE!”
Don’t sit and kvetch like a woman.

“This is precisely the means by which many, from of old, have been deceived and persuaded to follow those who have led them off the steep precipice of impiety; believing that there is some middle ground between the two teachings that can reconcile obvious contradictions, they have been exposed to peril.” – St. Mark of Ephesus ,Encyclical Letter

  5. JFC, Wallace – the fact that you put any stock in the Supreme Court makes me question your sanity – the SC is as fake and gey as anything else that goes on inside the Beltway. The whole US Jewdicial system hates yours and my White guts. The Repubs and Trump are just going to Virtue-Signal with another broad anyway – the only thing that wahmen are intellectually fit to judge is a 4H Fair pie-baking contest.

  6. Why do all these people hate Mitch again? Sad thing about social conservatives is that they love this country to death literally but have gained nothing politically and are socially ostracized in it. Many have been demographic replaced.

    • Wasn’t Mitch the guy who talked about refusing to seat Roy Moore? The Republicans are in a pickle with this one. Roberts and Gorsuch will vote Jew whenever called upon to do so.

  7. Jheewes usually play the long game. RGB should’ve retired under Obama. Arrogance helps those whose are oppressed.

  8. It doesn’t matter if the Court overturns Roe v Wade. If they do, nothing changes. That case got superseded by Planned Parenthood vs Casey (I think). But the Court would hear a 2A case long before they hear anything remotely touching abortion.

  9. I don’t put any stock in SCOTUS, GOP or Trump but it’s entertaining to watch. Entertaining until it gets violent that is. The left so completely dominates the Dem party that government by extortion has become the norm. Maybe the “normies” will see it too?

  10. Mitch McConnell is a rascal if I have ever seen one, BUT, one thing he does well – and that is shove Right-thinking justices down The Democrats’ throats.

And, in the case I am wrong about this country splitting up, the judiciary he and Trump are setting up will make this country a bit more of a sane place to be, perhaps more than a bit and perhaps for more than a few years.

If you doubt that Trump is appointing justices who intend on enforcing The Law, just watch The Left go.

Lawless as they (The Left) are, in such things, they are the perfect barometer.

If nothing else, this will be a hoot watching the Left lose their everluvin’ minds, and then what will they do when Trump wins?

Buy stock in your local psychotherapists and companies that make psychotropicks and sedatives, because I’ll be damned if a windfall is not about to come through…

    • no, Ivan. Drumpf will appoint another cuckette. On every issue that matters, 2 Republicucks instead of one will go over tothe (((dark side))).

      • @Lt. Colonel Boomer…

I hope you are wrong, Colonel, yet, I fear that you are right.

I fear Judge Barrett will be good on Roe, but, like Roberts in all other respects.

It’s very clear that both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are ‘Conserrvative’, but, not all that much.

They seem more to me like Centrists,or those just a bit to the Right of Centre.

One positive note to strike – whomsoever the president appoints, they will not be near anything so bad as Justice Ginsburg or anyone whom Vice-President Biden would appoint, IF elected.

If the country splits up, it does not matter, but, if it does not, it does matter.

I will be dead soon. My children will not, my community will not. I worry for them, I advocate for them.

All the best to you on this day, Sir!

  11. So instead of celebrating the fact that we will have a 5-4 conservative majority (counting Roberts as a liberal) on the court for decades, some comments and HW have a hunch that this will all lead to defeat.

I hate to be the party pooper here but some people on this site and HW are rooting for defeat for conservatives at every turn no matter what happens.

Everything is failure according to Occidental Dissent.

How do you people know that Roe vs. Wade will not be overturned? Do you have a crystal ball that predicts the future? Maybe it will be overturned and maybe it won’t, but to say with absolute certainty that it will not be overturned with a conservative majority is rooting for defeat.

    • Putting everything on the backs of judges has allowed pols to duck responsibility on issues. The US is a nation where judges rule supreme (pun intended). Any Federal ideologue in black robes can countermand the wishes of the voters or their representatives, at any time and for any reason. Except when “precedent” is going to be violated, like the “established” right to murder helpless children.

Tell me the names of the conservative judges that have thrown out Roe v. Wade. “Conservatives” have been defeated through inaction, through their inability to fight for principles they supposedly believe in. Your constant whoring for the GOP establishment, in the face of their conspicuous lack of achievement in preserving life for the unborn (or preserving any other so-called conservative principle) is as pathetic as they are.

      • @Boomer…

“Putting everything on the backs of judges has allowed pols to duck responsibility on issues.”

Absolutely – you have put your finger on a core dilemma of the current republick – that namely being that The Senate has become a country club, not a legislative body, nor a body that exercises oversight.

Nothing could be more indicative of this terrible failure than the senior senator from my own state, Richard Burr, he, as the head of The Senate Intelligence Committee, having managed to pass through the last four years with barely a hearing!

After The Obama Administration conducted numerous illegal coups of not only this country, but, many others, how is that possible?

        Yes, how is it possible?

When I think of the qualities many senators used to possess, and I think of the fecklessness of those now, who occupy the senate, I am appalled.

Best wishes for you and your Land of Lakes!

    • You are relatively new to OD, Mr. GA, so you are no doubt unfamiliar with the mindset of the current crop of regular commenters, as well as OD’s host. Both Hunter and his remaining followers ( he lost countless adherents due to nonstop shilling for covid-19 restrictions from February through mid-June 2020) are by now beaten down mentally due to the failure of the Trump Administration to secure victory in all of its battles with the bipartisan Establishment. As a result, they now hate Trump for not creating the White Ethnostate they imagined they were voting for in 2016.
As a consequence, almost all commenters and Brad/Hunter are proecting all their anger towards those forces they cannot control onto Trump and Republican politicians, and are hoping everyone they disagree with literally kill themselves so OD denizens can become the remnant that finally establishes the White Utopia once the liberal and conservative heathens destroy themselves.
Of course, since liberalism and conservatism (giving the unknown future a chance vs. valuing a status quo that had stood the test of time) are genetically based in all people in all times and places, their hope for peace and quiet on their terms alone is a fool’s mission. But OD regulars, with some exceptions, are exactly like those people they hate, unable to accept that their conception of the good life is not the only way to live, which further prevents strategic alliances with other economically insecure citizens to fight against The Powers That Be who cause these insecurities.
As a result, OD and its followers are into observation and critique, rather than working towards a modus vivendi like a universal basic income funded by a nationwide sovereign wealth fund to let us all be secure and free to be safe or daring as we individually see fit, and live traditionally or liberated based on our own comfort levels, without imposing the cost of those choices onto others.
As far as future Trump Supreme Court picks if reelected, they will be Federalist Society libertarians, supporting freedom to make money by any means necessary and to indulge all passions, whatever the consequences on the actors and others in their orbit. The worst of both worlds for dissident rightist of the OD persuasion, who support economic predistributionary social safety nets and conservative living to avoid self harm through drugs or hormones ( I agree with them).
So on the question of whether a Trump Supreme Court will really benefit his supporters, I would agree nothing will change. On the issue of fighting for a better future, I reject OD defeatism. Welcome to the maelstrom, Mr. GA.

      • @J.R. Chlouopek…

“You are relatively new to OD, Mr. GA, so you are no doubt unfamiliar with the mindset of the current crop of regular commenters, as well as OD’s host.”

Actually, Sir, I do not think that Gryphon Alinor is new here, but, a Deep Southernern who has come here for years, but, only recently has changed his handle.

        In any case, be well!

        • Hello Ivan. As I have haunted OD only since June 2019 I defer to your institutional wisdom on the identities of commenters, who can change their handles but not the identifiers in their manner of expression. I enjoy your thoughtful and respectfully presented comments, especially your engagement with other commenters.
We can agree to disagree with the specifics of what we see and how to escape the carnage, or to perhaps change the trajectory or our decent into literal Hell. But we should never fail to practice what we preach, or forget the social dynamics of the mirror principle: life reflects back at you what you reflect out towards other people. Speak hatefully and you will be hated. That builds no bridges nor creates allies in the only true fight, the 1% with assets against the 99% with nothing.

          • @J.R.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful response, and, as well, for agreeing that a civil exchange is one whereby we all profit.

We make a great deal of the world we want right where we are.

God bless you and yours, wherever y’all are!

      • Another Chump For Trump living inside the Jewish Matrix aka the 21st Century USA. If you are young enough you will be able to see the US turn into South Africa.

    • as rule, if it was raining 5 minutes ago,

      and it’s raining now, it

will be raining 5 minutes from now.

Drumpf has already appointed 2 cucks to the SC, so

he will almost certainly appoint another.

      • If you think about it, the last decent SC nominee was Clarence Thomas and before that, Antonin Scalia. You would need to go back to Reinquist before you get to another one.

The court has been wishy washy for many years.

    • Conservatives are anti-White and are ratifiers of political correctness. Why should we celebrate their victories?

We know these things because unlike you, we have been around the block a few times, and can remember what happened last week.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

  12. “””….How do you people know that Roe vs. Wade will not be overturned?….””

Because economic crisis,, demographic crisis and political crisis will split US apart and new countries will not acknowledge previous central government legislation. Both Soviet and Yugoslavian legislation was thrown out of the window when they blew up.

You will live in the new country and then is up to you to decide, is the abortion a murder or human right or something so irrelevant that you do not need regulate it at all.

Or mandatory when magnetic resonance imaging demonstrates that child may have genetic white liberal brain structure.

  13. I see it as an issue that will hurt Republicans, just like I think the violent riots hurt Democrats because they didn’t sufficiently and cynically keep their distance. This with the supreme court happened in 2018 and it didn’t end up good for Republicans at the ballot box.

  14. Gryphon, it’s a “fool me once” problem. More like “fool me dozens of times.”

Birthright citizenship and illegal alien “rights.” Decades of inaction on abortion. Erratic and inconsistent support for the 2A. No action on the 1A beyond burying the right to free association so deep it’s long-forgotten. Endless carve-outs for awful criminals. Gibs for everyone but Whitey. Swamp-tier corruption and gibs for the 1%. Obamacare. Gay marriage. Title VII rights for perverts, freaks & degenerates.

Voting GOP for a 10% shot at getting some “incremental gains” in the immortal arglebargle of Styx Hexenshill just isn’t worth the humiliation ritual anymore.

One step forward, ten steps back doesn’t inspire me. Until there’s a real alternative out there, voting in anything beyond local and possible a some state elections is something I don’t have time for. I’m too busy trying to help some White guys build a functional parallel society for us outside the fenceline.

  15. “Can libtards handle the twin blows of losing RBG’s seat on the Supreme Court and Trump being reelected in November without turning to violence?”

LOL, no sir! Burn Loot Murder is on the menu no matter who wins the election. Libtard status: OWNED!

  16. Roe has not, and will not be overturned. Married, fake Christians everywhere have their mistresses & pool boy trysts to think about. So called “conservatives” and their kids have almost as many abortions as leftists. The 91 million raised within 24 hours of RBGs death wasn’t donated entirely by the left.

    • “…have their mistresses & pool boy trysts to think about. So called ”conservatives’ and their kids have almost as many abortions as leftists”:

Any exceptions prove the rule that hypocrisy is the nature of conservatism (e.g. classical liberalism, capitalism, rugged individualism, free enterprise, etc.) Taking advantage (usury) to make a profit, which involves deception, is the very essence of conservatism.

  17. Ironic side note: The last time Trump made a SCOTUS pick, I was in Karlsruhe, the city that hosts the German equivalent of the Supreme Court. I also remember noting here in the comment section here that Brett Kavanaugh looks remarkably like our own Hunter Wallace at least in the one particular photo the American media then used often.

  18. “Does anyone but David French, Jonah Goldberg and The Bulwark see replacing RBG as a bad thing?”

Yes, Brad. Brian Kilimeade fears for the worse. Apparently, he has reading that debate between French and Shapiro and has taken counsel of his fears. He spent have of his neocon radio on this.

  19. Ovalle represented Mexico at the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, the 2018 CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship and the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She made her senior international debut on 1 September 2018.

  20. I recommend that President Kushner, er, I mean Trump nominate OD’s own Christina Maria Alva for Associate Justice for the SCOTUS.

She has all the correct credentials that would make it difficult to impossible for the j-left demoncrats oppose her nomination. She is bilingual, a Latina, well educated, and articulate.

Christina would not hesitate to vote to overturn Roe v Wade, she would not block the deportation of illegal immigrants, the death penalty for pedophiles would be in play, the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments would retain their origin intent teeth, homosexual would lose their ability to adopt children, marry, or be given protected status. I am pretty sure that Justice Alva would overturn oxymoron Affirmative Action, rule the Hart-Cellars Act unconstitutional, and make the three jews on the court lives very uncomfortable.

  21. Forget Roe vs. Wade, a more recent abomination was the queer marriage crap. Seriously, as if the founders intended that? People are definitely twisted and demented if they can’t see that this isn’t about equality but is apples and oranges. Bronze age Kings had more common sense than the libtards today. Of course marriage has been so corrupted by feminism and divorce law we don’t really have straight marriage for at least 60 years so no wonder the farce of two dykes playing house can be seen by the education racket warped minds of Generation Bastard as “Marriage Equality.”
