  1. Meanwhile those cat and dog eating Chinks keep swarming in here, because Whitey is afraid of being called names. There’s an excellent video on YouTube which shows just how disgusting the yellow slants really are. Apparently such luxuries as toilet paper, soap and water are unknown to them, especially in rural areas, where most of those insects live.

  2. Well, that sounds like almost everyone I know has died. I feel like the guy in the Twilight Zone running through empty streets hollering, “Where IS Everybody?” This morning, I saw the guy from Monty Python with the wheelbarrow go by ringing his bell and calling “Bring Out Your Dead!” The crematorium here is going day and night, and the ashes are falling like snow.

It truly is the apocalyptic end of the World! Go and dig an underground bunker, don your Hazmat suit and await the inevitable end. Do Not go outside. Do Not kiss your wife. Do Not play with your children. The best thing to do is shut everything down for the rest of our lives, otherwise, WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. The worst case scenario according to the models is 2 to 4 million dead assuming total inaction. That’s not going to happen because most people will respond rationally and take action to limit their exposure. There will also be shutdowns by public officials which will further reduce the spread. The final result will be somewhere between mitigation and draconian shutdown. Regardless, even if well under a million people die, it won’t be the end of the world. We’re not all going to die.

    • Are you sure we’re not all going to die? Why take chances? Isn’t it best to just stay in an isolation chamber forever?

Here’s a solution to ensure that you perpetually remain safe from any bacterial infections.

      https://www.gettyimages.com/photos/boy-in-plastic-bubble?mediatype=photography&phrase=boy%20in%20plastic%20bubble&sort=mostpopular

I suggest that everyone order the model that best suits their needs now! Don’t take unnecessary risks! Prevent all future contact with other humans, it’s your only hope for survival!

      • No one has ever said “we’re all going to die.” The Spanish Flu killed hundreds of thousands of Americans. It wasn’t the end of the world. It is barely remembered today in spite of being the most lethal event of the 20th century.

If the virus kills somewhere between 2,000 and 1 million Americans over the next few months, it won’t be the end of the world. It won’t be nothing either though. It will likely be the worst thing that has happened in the last 20 years though. The reasonable thing to do is to just stay at home until the storm passes and not to make foolish choices.

          • Haxo, don’t forget- based on reading many comments over the years, I can safely state that a number of us ARE those ‘boomers’ you snot-nosed whippersnappers keep mentioning in such a derogatory fashion. Even if you ARE 40!

My mother’s AND father’s side of the family BOTH outlived the Spanish flu, and I fully intend to be around after this is over, God willing. So, don’t be presumptive and disrespectful of your elders, without whom you wouldn’t even be here.

You are not God, nor do you even have a commission to speak in His name. Wishing the death of unnamed souls (rather than valid unregenerates like Pelosi and Schumer) is a sin.

    • Glad you are back HW.

The big problems after corona are going to be related to the economic fallout from this thing, many people are going to be impoverished and companies bankrupted. Inflation will wreck savings as the explosion of new Government spending ripples through the economy. Ironically, the good “conservatives” will get a wrecked economy in spite of their willingness to sacrifice their version of “useless eaters” for the benefit of Big Capital.

    • Powell’s “the death rate of the Coronavirus is exponentially higher than for the flu” is almost certainly not true. And for two distinct reasons:

Fact: 13 million persons suffered from the flu this last winter in the USA. But the question is,how many Americans have already had this coronavirus and not realised it ? The number must be running in the millions by now. Large numbers of whom thought they just contracted a cold or the “real ” flu. So comparing the known number of deaths to the unknown but very likely, very high number of those who have unknowingly had coronavirus or still have it, makes Powell’s estimate highly unlikely, a gross over-estimation most likely.

      .
In addition: are people dying OF the corona virus or WITH the corona virus ? Meaning, are we talking here of elderly persons and / or the very sick who are already close to dying … (we will all die some time…), Persons dying perhaps a few weeks earlier because of contracting the coronavirus rather than a few weeks later ? In which case what we are witnessing here is mass hysteria . .

    • No it isn’t; as Professor Michel Chossudovsky of Global Research pointed out in a recent interview with Bonnie Faulkner, the WHO announcement on January 30, following China’s first announcement of cases on Jan 1, began with a proved lie. How do you account for that besides waving it away? The WHO decision was taken after consultation with (if not on orders from) the World Economic Forum, Gates Foundation and its CEPI, GlaxoSmithKline, the IMF, World Bank, State Dept, and various US intel representatives after a series of meetings that took place Jan 21 – 24, 2020.

On October 18th the World Economic Forum and representatives from the CDC, CIA, pharma, etc, under the auspices of Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (which Professor Chossudovsky links to Wall Street) and the Gates Foundation, sponsored Event 201 that included video enactments and roll playing assignments of a coronavirus pandemic. A nearly simultaneous simulation involving the collapse of stock markets and extension of the virus to 65 millions people went live a few months later with the same actors now involved in saving the world, and that’s OK with you?

This simulation gone live matches other false flags like 9/11 and 7/7 and requires the presumption that another false flag is unfolding before our eyes, not the suspension of reality like that imposed on Ingrid Bergman driven mad by the psychopath’s relentless gaslighting in the movie Gasight, which is precisely what TV news is now doing to us 24/7.

There’s also the crass logical error of extrapolating deaths to the general population from the deaths of the elderly who had two or three life-threatening, pre-existing conditions and coincidentally had coronavirus that, but for the questionable and indiscriminate virus testing known for false positives, would have gone undetected. Why would you think the latest narrative is now true? It may be, of course, that the virus is as deadly as predicted, but that would nearly entail it was engineered and its lethality known from the start, as it would have had to have been because it’s early predictions of lethality were in no way substantiated by the manipulation of data that is the essence of coverage from the government and TV news. It was only yesterday that the UN and Congress were letting Greta Thunberg scare our children half to death with bogus climate lies, but this time it’s different and they’re on our side? I don’t think so.

    • One thing most Coronavirus skeptics don’t get is the number of days a victim of COVID-19 spends on a ventilator. The days on a ventilator range between 28 (in China) and 40 (in Italy). That doesn’t happen when you have the flu!

      • In my state, apart from medic, cops, rich celebrities and politicians, they are only testing people who cannot breathe on their own and require hospitalization. So the amount of real cases is doubtless far higher than official tested cases. Which means that the official death rate % is inaccurate.

      • I am pretty sure I saw a doctor report that the average days on a ventilator was 10 in Wuhan and 11 in Seattle. The disease is supposed to run it’s full course in 37 days so I can’t see anybody going on that long without either dying or recovering. The difference with “the flu” is this thing is just getting started. No “millions of people” didn’t have this already. There was a regular cold going around that set my nose on fire around Christmas, it did not have the hospital admission spike correlated with it. People are anecdotally posting about this cold, but at the time the virus was still mostly in Wuhan and still fairly low numbers. The introduction was in Seattle in late January and it was simmering in low numbers until it hit the old folks home. Most likely this was in other cities in February in small numbers and is just taking off. Anybody who saw what happened in Italy and still doesn’t think this is a big deal is hopeless.

  4. Hunter, you are correct. I watch what people DO: not what they say. Watching soldiers and police force people at gunpoint in China to quarantine was not “fake news.” Say what you will about Chinese people: they are NOT irrational or emotional. I have never known China or Chinese people to “overreact” to something. If they bring out guns and armored units to enforce a quarantine, you can rest assured that the threat is real and lethal. Good work Hunter. Glad to see you back.

    • Ah yes, like the recent riots in China when police in a neighboring province invaded another province even though quarantine were lifted. (People wanted to go back to work in the neighboring province) The people AND police engaged the invading cops. Interesting times.

  5. Flu kills at a rate of 0.1%. The current US death rate from corona-chan is 1.8% (which is an increase, unfortunately) and over 4% worldwide. And as was pointed out on another thread, flu doesn’t overwhelm our health care system. Ventilators usually aren’t needed for victims of seasonal flu.

    • The legions of people having the virus with no or minimal symptoms are missing in those stats

Stanford Professor John Ioannidis showed that the age-corrected lethality of Covid19 is between 0.025% and 0.625%, i.e. in the range of a strong cold or the flu

Renowned Italian virologist Giulio Tarro argues that the mortality rate of Covid19 is below 1% even in Italy and is therefore comparable to influenza.

The Italian example has shown that 99% of test-positive deaths had one or more pre-existing conditions … average death age is 80

Scepticism from medical professionals, ‘physicians & experts for coronavirus truth’
‘A Swiss Doctor on Covid-19’, summarised at
      https://www.henrymakow.com/2020/03/coronavirus-is-a-fraud.html

In summary, we have another flu season virus, associated with the death of those nearly always elderly or gravely ill, as usual with the 300,000 to 500,000 flu-associated deaths each year

And as with the flu, we have tens of millions who may be nominally touched by the virus, mostly with zero or minor effects in healthy or younger people

But this time, a panic is created over numbers not really different from flu season ranges –

Via aggressive deception re ‘deaths from coronavirus’, when mostly it is just having the virus along with severe lethal ailments, the same way that people dying of heart trouble, cancer, or diabetes also can have cold or flu … one more factor tossed in for a weakened individual who may not have long to live anyway, but not ‘THE cause’ of dying

And to add to the panic and social destruction, we have an aggressive removal of health care professionals from the scene, nurses and doctors not allowed to practice ‘because they have the virus and need to be quarantined’, imploding health care delivery around the world, leading to more death

Argentinean virologist and biochemist Pablo Goldschmidt speaks of a ‘global terror’ created by the media and politics. Every year, he says, three million newborns worldwide and 50,000 adults in the US alone die of pneumonia, the main death throes of ‘Covid-19’

      • Brabantian, presenting info about the cumulative impact of other diseases similar in effect to this, along with other valid ways to statistically approach this, is very helpful. You’ve pointed out a perspective I didn’t consider, so thanks for presenting what you did. Excellent food for thought.

  6. I m sending warm greetings to you Hunter, to your wife and son and to all our loyal OD readers.

I m stuck in the Western Cape of South Africa . Confined in a large home in a wealthy White suburb.

It s a very clean, seemingly safe place to be during this world pandemic.

We ll see if the Colored and Black zombie hordes stay in their townships .

Stay strong and stay sane brothers and sisters.

  7. Here’s an interesting Cohencidence for you. All of the major Automobile manufacturers conveniently had ready to air commercials to assure you that they would help you get a new car in spite of the economic uncertainty Qualified Buyers, (people who are currently employed) will receive payment deferrals and a select few will have 0% interest (meaning those that have enough money in the bank to not need a car loan). Everyone else will be accumulating 18% interest or higher during the period of deferral, and these vehicles that the automakers so graciously made available to you in your time of need will quickly be repossessed in your time of desperation when you fail to make $400 to $500 in monthly car payments for the next 5 or 6 years. Plus, you will be saddled with a very high balloon payment at the end of the note.

Also, say goodbye to your favorite independent dining establishment. They most likely will not survive the shutdown. But, you will still have a gluttony of Corporate eateries, staffed by mandatory minority hiring trainees as decreed in the relief package. You can enjoy dusting off the old T.V. trays, dial up Grub Hub, and have a Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich, prepared by a Negro who will be sure to observe every precaution, delivered to your door by some White guy in a beat up 2003 Chevy Cavalier who used to have a decent job. Restaurants were among the last of the American-owned mom and pop establishments left.

And, as Dr. Fauci seems to suggest, Same Time Next Year? And, the year after that, and the year after that, and eventually, well, you’ll get accustomed to it being the new norm. Just like we’ve become used to every other government intrusion and abuse of power.

    • Yes, I too have noticed all those slick new car ads trying to cash in on this pandemic. They certainly were put together and ready for broadcast in record time, eh? And you’re right about those Uber and Lyft drivers/gig economy serfs. A lot of ’em are former IT workers, possibly replaced by Trump’s beloved H1-B pajeets.

      • A. Doesn’t take long to make a commercial with stock footage and a voice-over.
        B. Not sure how deferring payments and offering a few months of free payments is “cashing in”. They’re just trying to sell cars, which is what they always do.

  8. I’m glad to see you back, Brad. I hope you and yours continue to be well. I have a few observations of how it’s going in yankee land. Masks? none to be had anywhere…same for Isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer/wipes, latex/nitrile gloves, bleach…empty shelves display notices advising limitations of one-item-per-customer. A relatively high-end Gun Shop I’m familiar with, with a Range, has nearly empty walls and display cases. The few items remaining are very expensive toys in oddball calibers. There is ammo to be had, at normal prices. I’ve seen ZERO “social distancing”. In my state, we’ve been since 3/25/2020, #SafeAtHome…due to end on 4/24/2020…maybe. Where is this going?

  9. « Two-thirds of people who die from coronavirus in the next nine months would most likely have died this year from other causes.

There is a big difference between Covid-19 causing death, and Covid-19 being found in someone who died of other ailments.

The WHO estimates that between 290,000 and 650,000 respiratory deaths globally each year are associated with seasonal influenza.

From distinguished scientists at Oxford University, led by Sunetra Gupta, Professor of theoretical epidemiology:

The study suggests that fewer than one in a thousand of those infected with Covid-19 become ill enough to need hospital treatment. It seems unlikely that Oxford University would have bungled their work.

Professor Neil Ferguson was one of those largely responsible for the original panic that the UK faced half a million deaths from the coronavirus.

He has twice revised his terrifying prophecy, first to fewer than 20,000 and then on Friday to 5,700. »

    • I’m starting to feel like Charlton Heston in the Omega Man, madam! I drove my Camaro through Skid Row in downtown LA a few weeks ago and it looked like a post-apocalyptic movie set.

      • A Camaro? Oh, Spawn. Mid-life crisis? But glad to hear LA looks like some 1960’s sci-fi at the end of the world. All that’s missing is that suave voice saying, ‘And in every house of worship, people prayed to God, awaiting their end.” 1953 War of the Worlds… not that awful Cruise re-make.

    • What did Rham “Bath House” Emmanuel say; “Never let a crisis got to waste”?

It seems as though these block headed policies in the Near East are being escalated now not because of some over arching, carefully thought out plan but because of negligence on the part of DJT. While he is distracted his appointees are carrying out their own plans knowing how negligent DJT is regarding managing things. Apparently as long as Trump’s appointees show personal loyalty to him he lets them do what they want.

Trump selected a crew of Never Trumpers, good “conservatives” and Israeli First types to staff his administration, top to bottom. Corona is completely distracting DJT’s attention so the lower level people, religious idiots like Pompeo and Israel First types like Elliott Abrams and Steven Mnuchin can run amok now antagonizing Iran even further in the hopes of starting their war against Iran. DJT seems like a big dog that growls and looks fierce but wags his tail when spoken to sternly; all bark, no bite.

  10. That Yacht idea is looking damned good right now. This is a literal calamity. Should have nuked Wuhan before Christmas.

    • You could probably drop a half dozen 50 kiloton A bombs on the Chinks and they wouldn’t even friggin’ notice.

  11. Welcome back, Brad. Good to have you back safe and healthy. Trey did a great job in your absence and I hope he’s not a stranger going forward.

Corona hasn’t hit my area very hard yet, but I’m taking rational steps with bulk non perishable food purchases and self quarantining. I personally don’t think corona would kill me if I caught it, but I do have friends with compromised immune systems and I don’t want to be the one to give it to them.

Even if it doesn’t kill all that many people, two very important facts remain: (1) It is highly transmissible for days before symptoms even arise, and (2) those symptoms reportable can be awful, with severe fever/body aches/struggling to breathe. That’s a terrible thing to put up with for potentially weeks until recovery. I don’t need that in my life and neither do my loved ones.

I’ve seen a lot of smug commentary from folks in this comment section who deny the virus exists or play it off as nothing to worry about. To them I say, I hope you don’t come down with it, lest you come to some very painful realizations. Whatever you think about the national response to the virus, it is something that ought to be taken seriously.

    • Breathing trouble is the most profoundly distressing condition. The idea of mild flu or cold is total fucking insanity.

Quaranteen, flights shut down, internment of travellers etc etc in February would have been the smart thing. Now we have mass panic, though I suspect it is justifiable given the ineptitude and foot Dragging of the state.

Look at Johnson for example. The UK is an Island that had just done Brexit and he could have just interned all travellers to the UK for 40days.

    • I hope that your supplies last you while everyone else is running around digging in your garbage cans because their jobs haven’t returned. Enjoy being quarantined every flu season from now until doomsday. Expect to have a rectal thermometer inserted in your ass every time you want to travel somewhere or go into a public venue (if such things still exist).
When all of this blows over, all we’re going to hear about is how we dodged a bullet, and how many lives were saved. Then, as an afterthought, if we’re listening closely and attentively, we will hear a mention of the skyrocketing homelessness and unemployment, and the accompanying trivial health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and strokes.

Be sure to wear pink for breast cancer awareness month.

      • Oh, don’t worry about me, sunshine. I’ll be fine, as will my friends and family and anyone else who’s doing their due diligence.

I might suggest using your time at home more productively than furiously fantasizing about calamity, but…I think I know how that would land.

        • Really? Calamity is all this site has been about since I first stumbled on to it. The crisis in Illegal Immigration. The ever troubling JQ, Donald Blumpf, Zlimpf, Drumph etc… The Tragic Injustice, Set Up, Betrayal in Charlottesville and the subsequent pointing of fingers in all directions. “White Advocates Must Adapt or Die” sounds like a headline that just screams “furiously fantasizing about calamity.” Now, that a real calamity is occurring, and it’s a government manufactured calamity at that, the same voices of “dissent” are telling us to believe the very media and officials that they’ve spent over a decade mocking.

With over half the country living pay check to pay check, we’ll just have to wait a couple of months to see how fine everyone is doing. Won’t we? But, the last people in the world that I’m worried about are you, your family, or your friends.

And, you have no idea how I spend my time at HOME. I certainly don’t spend every waking minute of it on the internet,. In fact, I don’t even have an internet connection at HOME.

          • The media was downplaying it and dismissing it as “just the flu” in late January/early February and only began shifting once it became clear how bad it was in Italy.

          • What if I told you…that it’s possible to care about (and do your part to help) the struggling folks among you, WITHOUT downplaying the severity of the virus?

I’m not denying that we’ve got a heavy economic crisis going on now too, but for gods sake CR, this is not an either-or situation.

    • I’m not sure these “hoaxers” are thinking too straight. This thing isn’t helping “The System”. It’s not helping the 1 percenters. It’s not helping globalism. It’s not helping “open borders”. I believe the System would rather keep the herd slaving away, generating profits, and mind-numbingly entertained. That is not happening right now, and it will be very threatening to the System if it continues for a long time. Not everything is a conspiracy, and I sincerely hope that none of you or your loved ones comes down with a suffocating case of this infection.

      • It is killing Hollywood, no way would they want this. Nothing is being released in the theaters, no shows are being produced. The advertisers too are hurting. The sports media complex is losing billions, heck even golf is cancelled. Tom Brady’s joining Tampa Bay is a non-story, who knows if they will even play this fall. Nobody benefits from this, and although the effects of globalism and the 1% are bad, they are not raving maniacs and I don’t see this as anything other than an accident of nature.

  12. The one thing about globalism and multiculturalism and open borders is that quarantine has become the equivalent of racism.

White countries used to have common-sense quarantine procedures in place when immigration was White.

My maternal grandmother was quarantined three times before she was finally permitted to enter the United States. She was sick and so the German authorities put her family in quarantine, so they could not take possession of their quarters in the third hold of the Titanic – I kid you not.

She became sick again at the end of the voyage on the second boat she traveled on, so she was quarantined in the harbor. At the time, her parents thought she would have to be buried at sea.

And then, to make extra sure, the family had to go through quarantine for a few weeks on Ellis Island.

But then they were from Poland, not from China or Africa or Latin America.
