The Notorious Jason Kessler

As the old saying goes: it isn’t the dog in the fight, it’s the fight in the dog.

Say what you will about Jason Kessler, but you have to admit the man punches way above his weight which you cannot help but admiring. Jason has been waging a grueling uphill battle against the anti-White city of Charlottesville, Virginia for years now. A city which has infamously taken the term anarcho-tyranny to all new heights.

Also, he and several of our men have been defending themselves against the vile Jewess, Roberta Kaplan, and her horde of gollum lawyers in Sines v. Kessler. Our lads’ defense has been made purposely difficult by the anti-White powers that be even though this is probably the most frivolous lawsuit in the history of this country.

Kaplan on her “ideal outcome” for the case:

We absolutely can and will bankrupt these groups. And then we will chase these people around for the rest of their lives. So if they try to buy a new home, we will put a lien on the home. If they get a new job, we will garnish their wages. The reason to do that is because we want to create a deterrence impact. So we send a message to other people that if you try to do something like this, the same thing will happen to you. And it already has been a deterrence. We’re seeing lone shooters now; we’re not seeing the kind of massively organized conspiracy we saw in Charlottesville. And I think that’s in large part due to our case.

“These defendants have tried every trick in the book to avoid accountability for the racist violence they brought to Charlottesville. Our plaintiffs have made clear they won’t let them — winning critical sanctions motions and fighting to ensure they can’t skirt liability,” said Amy Spitalnick, executive director of Integrity First For America. “We’re committed to doing what’s necessary to hold these neo-Nazis, white supremacists and hate groups accountable for their actions.”

To Jason’s credit, he has been going on the offensive, too.

Per the commie rag The Daily Progress:

In addition to Kessler, the lawsuit adds David Matthew Parrott as a plaintiff. Parrott was formerly the spokesman of the now-largely defunct Traditionalist Worker Party and, along with Kessler, is a defendant in a separate lawsuit filed by area residents against key organizers of the rally.
In addition to the city, Kessler’s lawsuit names Charlottesville Police Department Chief Al Thomas, then-Virginia State Police Lieutenant Becky Crannis-Curl, former City Manager Maurice Jones and current City Manager Tarron Richardson.
All the defendants — save for Richardson — are alleged to have been directly involved in violating the plaintiffs’ rights, according to the complaint. Richardson is named “in his official capacity due to the misconduct of his predecessor in office.” No further factual allegations are made against Richardson.
Similar to previous iterations of the lawsuit, the most recent complaint claims CPD and VSP allowed a “heckler’s veto” by not preventing fights leading up to the declaration of an unlawful assembly.
“Defendants knew, and intended, that Antifa groups would come Charlottesville on August 12, 2017, and, ‘by any means necessary,’ stop or attempt to stop the Plaintiffs from exercising their free speech rights,” the complaint reads. “Defendants planned to, and did, use the expected and foreseeable confrontations between Antifa and Alt-Right to declare the Unite the Right rally to be an ‘unlawful assembly’ or to declare a ‘state of emergency.’ Defendants did this purely due to their objection to the content of Plaintiffs’ speech.”
Citing liberally from the third-party report put together by former U.S. Attorney Tim Heaphy after the rally, the complaint alleges police officials were indifferent to fighting so that an unlawful assembly could be declared. The complaint lays the bulk of the accusations on the shoulders of Jones and Thomas.

“After July 8, 2017, Chief Thomas told his subordinates, ‘I’m not going to get [Alt-Right] in and out’ during the UTR rally. Chief Thomas’ meaning was clear. He would not permit his police officers to prevent Antifa from violently imposing a heckler’s veto again,” the complaint reads.
“Maurice Jones did not order Chief Thomas to abandon his unlawful scheme and prevent Antifa from violently imposing a heckler’s veto,” it continues. “Maurice Jones did not fire Al Thomas so real police officers could do their jobs.”
Unlike previous complaints, Kessler’s latest lawsuit focuses on Antifa, dedicating several pages to actions from purported members and allies at the rally, as well as before and afterward. Antifa — a collection of broadly defined antifascist, left-leaning groups — is not named as a defendant, nor are any of the purported members named in the complaint

The story from Kessler’s website that he was explaining about in the video:

Jason’s Twitter feed explaining the current situation:

Rally litigant Elizabeth Sines (Center) with Hutton Marshall (Left) and Joshua Lefebvre (Right), the two clerks writing the opinions in her case.

White people, more than ever, need to do everything we can to support our own because nobody is going to do it for us.

  1. ‘I represent the heavy metal wing of the Alt-Right.’ Trey Knickerbocker

Amen, Sir – Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest, and Iron Maiden have always spoken deeply to me, as have Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, The Outlaws, Blackfoot, and Confederate Flags.

Of course, I am dating myself. Oh, well…

  2. As I said a few years ago: “Kessler lives in Charlottesville, and he has tried to do what he can do, to save the important historical monuments to Lee and the other Confederates in his hometown. You cannot fault the guy for trying!”

As Jack Ryan and others suggested at the time, Kessler needed to do more organizing among the descendants of the Confederates in the greater Charlottesville area. He should have been able to attract at least a few hundred area residents including community leaders and clergy in support of the Confederate monuments. You have thousands within an hour’s drive of Charlottesville.

  3. Kessler got a bad shake, but most of that is because he is bull-headed and doesn’t cooperate with the movement. He also doesn’t know when to shut up. The admission he was drinking and on xanax on twitter? Dumb. Filing a permit for UTR 2 without asking if anyone actually wanted to go? DUMB.

Yes, he has fight, and I do think he has a good heart, but he’s a journalist, not a civil rights leader. He doesn’t have what it takes to lead. Just not smart enough. God Bless him.

    • Try – there are tons more jews that they admit to. Id put the numbers at 120-200 million. There are millions and millions and millions of Mischlings as well

      • Kessler, and various other spellings of the name, are fairly common in the eastern panhandle of WV, and in the lower Shenandoah Valley of VA. Some are WV politicians.

If Jason Kessler is related to them, he could have got a crowd together just from his own relatives. LOL.

      • Trey – investigate the Boychick Kessler’s history. And his background. Kessler is a KIKE. And a low level Fed mule. He exist to create chaos. C-vill was his biggest success – but that’s all he is ever going to accomplish.

        Give it up, Trey

Ask him if he’s still living in the woods, or did he get some foolish woman to take him in.

  4. Kessler struggles almost alone against the Left-liberal anti white system in CVille. He has made mistakes but the lawsuit deserves our support. Kaplan knows her suit is frivolous yet she also knows she will win. Public opinion in CVille has not been properly massaged our way- we never even try there. As crazy as it sounds, we do need another rally there, done absolutely airtight and right, with vetted participants and maybe even on private property. IRL activism is essential;
Someone also needed to make a Youtube style documentary video showing our side of things., even though YT will censor it, it still needs to exist, to be out there as a reference point… The hour is late.

  5. I must say that it is very interesting that his ideological orientation went from a Democrat, “Occupy Wall St” activist … to the far-Right in such a brief, short time-span.

I suppose these things are possible, but it certainly does give a little cause-for-pause.

    • I saw some lefties on Twitter blaming him for some drama at the Occupy Wall St. protest. They said he is a Fed.

      • I saw it on Twitter about year ago.

Do you keep every link you ever saw, where you see two lefties calling someone else a Fed – just in case some anon guy who just vouched for another guy, who led a lot of people into the Charlottesville disaster, and Heimbach who screwed his mother in law and it somehow made the SPLC news calls you a fed just for reporting what you saw?

He led the Alt-Right into Charlottesville which is a Democrat city. He also tried to lead you all into another Democrat city, which Hunter pointed out to him directly on Twitter, when he told him he didn’t trust him and wouldn’t follow him to UTR2.

This is like someone telling us to trust Trump to solve the corona virus problem, when Trump was the one who left the country wide open, so the corona virus could get in.

If this isn’t approved I will assume you aren’t a straight arrow and this site in Hunter’s absence has gotten as bad as Stormfront with its shilling.

I come to OD for its honesty, not to be propagandized at and bullshitted.

  6. “We absolutely can and will bankrupt these groups. And then WE WILL CHASE THESE PEOPLE AROUND FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. So if they try to buy a new home, we will put a lien on the home. If they get a new job, we will garnish their wages.”

That is satanic hate. Their hearts are filled with murder and “dreams” of endless torture for their enemies. May God intervene and give these homos what they want to dish out.
