NY Times: Death to the Meritocracy With Andrew Yang

New York Times:

“Andrew Yang is an Ivy League-educated tech entrepreneur who’s never held political office. So why is he running for president — and what would he do if he won? This week on “The Argument,” Ross Douthat sits down with Yang to discuss the future of work, universal basic income and the costs of college.

Then, Michelle Goldberg and David Leonhardt join Ross to debate Yang’s long-shot candidacy. Michelle sees promise in his universal basic income proposal — with some caveats. Ross thinks Yang embodies meritocratic elites’ rebellion against the system that produced them. And David says Yang’s policy-heavy approach to the campaign should serve as a lesson to his 2020 rivals.

And finally, Michelle offers a recommendation that’s sure to rub you the right way. …”

In the podcast, Ross Douthat asked Andrew Yang about the support he has received from “certain segments of the Alt-Right” meaning this website.

I love how Yang is asked about this issue in like every single interview he does (he was also asked about it in a recent interview at The Intercept), but the people who ask the question who are clearly reading our sites never bother to ask him about any of the answers we have given.

The single most important reason Yang has gained some traction in our circles is the moron who is currently our president. After our experience with Blompf, some of us are in the market for a president who is highly intelligent, well educated and has much stronger character.

We want someone who isn’t going to sell out to the donor class and staff the government with neocons and hacks. Of the candidates who are running on the Democratic side, the only plausible and somewhat palatable alternatives to Blompf are Yang and Tulsi. Neither Yang or Tulsi are White but the government we have now is controlled by Israel anyway so what does it matter?

The second most important reason is that Yang has the potential to be a solution to a problem that has long vexed us. The problem is the stranglehold that Conservatism, Inc. has over the Right. We voted for Blompf in 2016 and won that election, but it didn’t matter in the slightest because a handful of wealthy donors were able to buy the policy agenda. As long as rich people are able to harvest our votes and marginalize us, there is no point to participating in electoral politics.

In my judgment, it is more important to kill off this parasite and break up the Right as it is currently constituted than to win the 2020 presidential election. I can’t think of a better way to do that either than a Yang vs. Trump race. Millions of normies who aren’t really political would vote for Yang to receive $1,000 a month. Similarly, if Yang won the Democratic nomination, it would maximize the number of populist defections from the GOP because he is an inoffensive Asian guy who wants to give everyone $1,000 a month. We want Yang to win the nomination to dissolve the populist-conservative coalition.

I could continue to spell out my reasoning, but getting rid of Blompf in 2020, dynamiting Conservatism, Inc and gratitude over bringing a very important subject to my attention that is going to have a major impact on my area are the top three reasons why I am supporting Yang in 2020. If some other Democrat other than Tulsi wins the nomination, I will likely just sit out the election.

  1. “If some other Democrat other than Tulsi wins the nomination, I will likely just sit out the election.”

Be prepared to sit it out, because the system wants Biden and a classic clash between two 80’s Titans in an old fashioned, Reagan Era Cold War style election.

The system always gets what it wants in the end.

    • Yep, 100%.
“The system always gets what it wants in the end.”
When was the last time pro life politics or policy have ever advanced?
Since Roe vs Wade its been pro-choice getting forward progress over and over again..
Just as foreign policy on both sides has little by little become completely Israeli/billionaire controlled.
What is very worrisome is the trajectory racial agitation is heading in this country.
The demand for negro slave reparations has been something the left has kicked around for a while but they will be interjecting this idea into one of the next 2 elections.
When was the last time the communist left didn’t get what they demanded eventually?
How do you think that will workout for this nation?
Little by little the controllers are making violent revolution the only solution to their totalitarianism.
Communism as we know it from the bolshevik era in the soviet union has morphed into more of a “soft” version to keep its underlying agenda hidden.
I think the elitists and the ZOGs of the world are waiting on scientific advancements to be finalized and then they are going to drop the proverbial hammer down upon those of us who don’t conform.
It will begin in places like China and South/central america and then it will take the west under a new title while it hides its true agenda…which is reaching singularity and pushing humanity into the transhumanistic slave world they have been creating for over a century.
Remember, the zionist jews, their shabos ZOG lackeys ,(((jesuits)))in the Vatican and the rest of the billionaires and corporatists are always decades ahead of the citizenry of the world.
This is why we always figure out what they’ve done but its usually years and years later.
I don’t care how alert, how red pilled and how intelligent you are, nobody understands what stuff like 9-11 is until many years later.

  2. You mean, the JEWS always get what they want in the End. Until there is a Judenputsch, nothing will change. God is damning us for disobeying him, by putting the ‘seed of Satan’ in control… and it we don’t repent from that, it will be a 70-year ‘Babylonian/Islamic Shari’a captivity, next.

  3. 1. The $12k subsidies promised will never be delivered on.
    2. IF they were, the CPI (inflation) would immediately jump 20-30% to offset the subsidy resulting in hundreds of thousands of middle class whites like myself, who won’t qualify for a subsidy to bear that cost of living increase.
    Loaf of bread- $10.00
    Gallon of milk- $10.00
    Gallon of gasoline-$15.00

Sounds like a great way to Weimar the Republic right up to inevitable War.

Does any truly intelligent and well informed Eurpean citizen of the USSA really think that we can or will EVER vote our way out of clown world?
Sheesh, its hard to stay positive when our “movement” on these online forums are so convinced that we will just pick a candidate and then they will head to DC and do what nobody has been able to accomplish in over 150yrs.
Its just comical and an exercise in futility and self deception.
Its counterproductive and pointless ,to be honest.
The slow creep of the hidden hand has rigged the game against “we the people”…lol “we the people” , what a sick joke!
I think the entire purpose of Blormf’s feckless and inept presidency is to get the white people, specifically the “racist” white people such as ourselves , to sit out elections while the left uses SJWs to bus illegals by the thousands into areas to vote during election time.
We are being invaded and once the mestizos outnumber us they will used against us en masse to remove our voice from the political dialogue.
I wonder how long it will take a majority nonwhite nation/ZOG to formulate laws and mobs of people to wage racial violence against those that they’ve been taught to hate by der ewige jude?
