Harold Crews and Brad Griffin of Occidental Dissent discuss Trump’s involvement in Syria. They begin with Trump’s long stated positions in regards to military intervention in Iraq and in Syria. Trump prior to his missile attack last week was adamantly opposed to regime change in the Middle East. He specifically opposed regime change in Syria. Brad and Harold then give their thoughts as to why Trump has so radically changed his positions and the return of the neo-conservatives to prominence. The primary culprit being Jared Kushner and Gary Cohn. The nationalist populist Stephen Bannon is being undermined by Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law. Brad then goes into other reversals by Trump as to other policies. The end up on how they US political system cannot be reform and how genuine nationalism is the only solution.
