Neocons Beat War Drums For Intervention In Syria

If you haven’t heard the news, the neocons are agitating for a new war in Syria:

“BEIRUT, Lebanon — One of the worst chemical bombings in Syria turned a northern rebel-held area into a toxic kill zone on Tuesday, inciting international outrage over the ever-increasing government impunity shown in the country’s six-year war.

Western leaders including President Trump blamed the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad and called on its patrons, Russia and Iran, to prevent a recurrence of what many described as a war crime.

Dozens of people, including children, died — some writhing, choking, gasping or foaming at the mouth — after breathing in poison that possibly contained a nerve agent or other banned chemicals, according to witnesses, doctors and rescue workers. …”

At the UN, Nimrata Haley went so far as to hold up photos of dead children to get a kneejerk emotional reaction and and to threaten an outright unilateral American intervention:

“UNITED NATIONS—Nikki Haley, the new (or “fresh,” as she’s often described here) American Ambassador at the United Nations had been seen by Turtle Bay insiders as more of a star politician than detail-oriented diplomacy wonk.

That may have changed Wednesday, when Haley acted as the president of the UN Security Council for the month of April at a moment of major international crisis. In an emergency session, she hinted that America could act unilaterally if the council failed to meaningfully address a horrific and deadly chemical attack in Syria.

She also inserted a particularly poignant paragraph to a proposed council resolution. If adopted by the 15-members, that provision could create a world of trouble to the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and particularly to military officials responsible for the attack at Khan Shaykhun, an area in the southern part of Syria’s Idlib province. …”

The New York Times just published a new article by Russell Goldman called “Assad’s History of Chemical Attacks, and Other Atrocities”:

“In six years of war, President Bashar al-Assad of Syria has overseen a campaign of carnage, turning an enormous cache of deadly weapons against the very people they were presumably stockpiled to protect.

In a campaign to crush rebels and jihadists, Mr. Assad and his allies have relied on tactics that go far beyond the norms of modern warfare to kill many thousands of Syrians. Here are the ways they have done it. …”

President Trump condemned Syrian President Bashar Assad in a press conference. We’re being railroaded into a new war in Syria by the neocons with lightning speed:

Note: I’ve heard credible reports from Ramzpaul and The Ralph Retort that YouTube is demonetizing their videos opposing American intervention in Syria for not being “advertiser-friendly.”

  1. I know I shouldn’t hate anyone but it is sure good to see South Carolina free of this witch. Unfortunately we’re stuck with her. #Nimrata

    • I saw Trump removing her to the U.N. as a great blessing, Mr. Jenkins. As far as I am concerned, We, Southrons, are rid of her.

It’s the Empire which is stuck with her now.

    • Rand Paul needs to run against Trump in the primaries if Trump stumbles into a Syrian conflict.

      • Indeed. It’s a sad day when the Libertarian is making more sound decisions than the “Nationalist.”

        • This is the problem of getting a rich buffoon trust funder like Trump as President rather than a serious intellectual like Ron or Rand Paul or Pat Buchanan.

  2. Trump pulled a cuck to end all cucks today by alluding to an invasion of Syria.

I haven’t been this mad at him in God knows how long.

    • The Deep State again. Our goal from DAY 1 of this Trump fiasco in 2015 was to expose the Jew. We just have to keep pressing. The Jews are going to overreach at some point and I think we are nearing that point.

    • Please contact the Congressional Staff of your US Senator and those of any state you ever lived in.

Be polite, intelligent, just oppose these liars.

    • He’ll have to back out. Russia has positioned too much gear down there to even think about it.

  3. I don’t like seeing images of dying children any more than any other sane man, but that being said, we still have no business getting involved there.

If assad is indeed responsible for this, then that reflects poorly on him, but it serves no good to attack him based on that. At worst, he is a Ghaddafi or a Hussein…not a nice man, but one who keeps things stable.

I am very unhappy to see Trump talking like he might get aggressive with Assad; that is not an “America First” policy in the least. It serves our interests to keep him in power, and that is all that matters.

  4. Can’t believe our President Trump is falling for this latest Neo Con war mongering hoax.

Maybe it’s just a shoot from the hip reaction and it will pass. Trump has good instincts on Russia. Unfortunately he really wants to be liked by Israel. Israel is bombing inside Syria. We’re feeling Neo Con war mongering #*$&# here. We haven’t heard from the idiot Christian Zionists in a long time – somehow just one more, or maybe 2 more US, pro Israel wars will bring Jesus back.

OK, we have work to do.

Please do the work, contact the congressional staff of your US senators and in any state you ever went to college in or worked. Use *67 to disguise your phone number. Do the research to find the correct staff member who handles constituent calls.

If anyone wants my help, I’ll work to find the right staff members.

We’ve beaten back at least 8 Illegal alien amnesties by doing phone activism to Congressional Staff. We should be able to beat this.

The public just can’t go for yet another Neo Con war against secular Arabs in the ME.

    • “Unfortunately he really wants to be liked by Israel.”

This is what I fear will be his downfall in foreign policy. He has a front row seat to see how israel’s interests conflict with ours; I just hope he is wise enough to notice it.

    • I’ve lost all illusions about mr Trump’s America-first policy when he presented his staff. Far too many from the self-acclaimed genius tribe.

    • The Neocons are insane warmongers. What a convenient incident (gassing kids!) to come along at the same time their ME blood lust was about to be thwarted for good.

  5. Putin will blow American jets out of the Syrian sky with S-400 Anti Aircraft if Trump acts like a cowboy and goes into Syria half cocked. This has a very REAL chance of turning into a dangerous Korean War type proxy conflict with Russian and American fighter pilots dogfighting in Syria.

What I think will actually happen: More War Drum beating from Haley and the Neocons, a Showdown at the UN to set up a No Fly Zone which Russia AND China will veto after this chemical attack is debunked, concluding with a dangerous game of international brinkmanship and chicken between Trump and Putin. In the end, Trump will stand down, America will do nothing, and he along with the United States will be greatly embarrassed and ridiculed on the international stage. The Russo-Chinese alliance will strengthen, leaving America with No Great Power ally.

    • Trump is too prideful to stand down once he commits to something. We had better hope that scenario doesn’t materialize.

      • A proxy war has a very real chance of erupting.

The benefits to a protracted Syrian Proxy War: The American economy will slump badly and it greatly increases the chances of Soviet style economic collapse and disintegration.

Russia’s economy already sucks so the Russian will just tighten their belts and weather hardships. They’d probably cut some more deals with the Chinese as well. Americans on the other hand are not used to tough times.

      • Bannon was oddly enough a missiles surface warfare officer. He must be aware of Russian capabilities.

  6. I smell false flag. Why would Assad do this when we’re just about ready to get out of his hair? Cui bono? Certainly not Assad.

    • Just a few short years ago Assad barely survived when accused of a gas attack.

Now, who in the world believes he would allow or order something similar to happen knowing full well the repercussions he would face?

    • Trump won’t be able to do anything in Syria because Putin beat him to the punch. And to think some on the Alt Right hate Putin!

  7. When The Jew England Government wants Southerners to endorse their efforts to make war on someone, they either allow an attack to happen, or use pictures of casualties to play upon our natural self-righteousness.

Oh, I so tire of how we are abused by this empire.

      • Mr. Whitaker, this comment is so witty, that it sailed right om by me.

I’m sorry, but, there is but so much brilliance this Tarheel mind can comprehend!

  8. If Trump folds on this and takes out Assad his presidency is over. He will be completely in the pocket of these Jews.
