Former Massachusetts Governor and Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney Demands South Carolina Confederate Flag Be Scrapped

Observe the fake conservative in action, as he gravitates towards the position of Barack Obama and other Leftist worms.

In yet another strange happening that was also reported on the Majority Rebellion site, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, champion of whichever cause grants popularity at the immediate moment, has come out swinging both fists against the South, demanding that the Confederate flag hovering over the State House in Columbia be removed with all due haste.

Posting his arrogant orders through his Twitter account on Saturday morning, Romney cited the usual Marxist ideological talking point that the flag, a symbol held dear by millions, represents “racial hatred,” and should be relegated to the dust bin of history out of respect for the victims of Wednesday’s Charleston shooting.

Requests made to Romney for clarification by reporters were treated with the contempt that is second-nature among those inhabiting the Northeast region of the country, with the only answer being a condescending reply by a spokesperson via email.

Breitbart:

On June 20 former GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney called for South Carolina to remove the Confederate flag from their state Capitol grounds in Columbia.

His call comes in the wake of the heinous attack on Charleston’s Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church. It follows a photo of the suspected gunman, Dylann Roof, in which Roof is seen leaning against his car with a Confederate flag license plate visible on the front of his vehicle being widely circulated.

Here were Romney’s exact words: “Take down the Confederate Flag at the SC Capitol. To many, it is a symbol of racial hatred. Remove it now to honor Charleston victims.”

With this, Romney joins President Obama in calling for the flag to be removed. In so doing, the former presidential candidate fails to realize he is taking a page of out of the left’s playbook, whereby they blame the flag instead of the miscreant, the gun instead of the gunman, etc.

Let us all hope that the plea made by this self-righteous, morally-bankrupt politician, who had no trouble pandering for South Carolinian and other Southern votes, is ignored outright, for we all know that when one give an inch to these creatures, they soon take a mile.

Still flying high, although the shrill call for removal is emanating from countless mouths of hatred.

  1. Willard Mitt Romney, since he lost the election, has done nothing but prove over and over why he lost and why he should have lost and why I’m glad he lost, even though his losing meant that Baraq Obama won. Why Ann Coulter still buys him as an immigration patriot, when he hasn’t uttered a syllable in that stead since he pretty much clinched the nomination in the spring of 2012, (which should be a clue that any apparent IP on his part was a scam to win the nomination), I don’t know. Why this woman has this irrational political love affair with this knave, I’ll never know.

“Strange” that a former Massachusetts governor hates Dixie?

  2. Shut up Mitt!!
Loser never had a harsh word for militant Black Muslims, Jeremiah Wright, LaRaza , anti-White hip-hop thugs or Benjamin Natanyahu’s good buddy and former Chief Sephardic Jewiah supremacist rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yosef Ovadia

Rabbi Yosef Ovadia. “Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world – only to serve the People of Israel,” he said in his weekly Saturday night sermon on the laws regarding the actions non-Jews are permitted to perform on Shabbat.

According to Yosef, the lives of non-Jews in Israel are safeguarded by divinity, to prevent losses to Jews.

“In Israel, death has no dominion over them… With gentiles, it will be like any person – they need to die, but [God] will give them longevity. Why? Imagine that one’s donkey would die, they’d lose their money.

This is his servant… That’s why he gets a long life, to work well for this Jew,” Yosef said.

“Why are gentiles needed? They will work, they will plow, they will reap. We will sit like an effendi and eat.

That is why gentiles were created,” he added.

How about the Israeli flag, Mitt?

Ask the Palestinians about symbols of hate if you want be fair about the issue.

    You don’t have the guts.

What is the history of the Mormons and their views on blacks?

Your precious holy book, prophets, priesthood and temple all were nigger free zones and symbols of hate until the feds stepped in and a new revelation came forth for the sake of mammon.

    HYPOCRITE!

  3. The Israeli flag represents hatred and intolerance of the Palestinians. It’s a symbol of oppression too. Alas, our politicians are puppets of AIPAC aka the Jewish Lobby. The biggest threat to the White Race has always been from our own kind. Tis is true.

Cambria notes the truth behind the facade, yet again.

“Everything is grist for the liberals’ white-hating mill. The recent tragedy in South Carolina is an example. That shooter should be executed. He killed innocent people without any cause other than his own bloodlust. But white people should not let the liberals make this an occasion to further their white-hating agenda. The battle flag should remain, and whites should stress that it is only in cultures like the white Southern culture, which the battle flag represents, that criminals of every color are genuinely punished for their crimes, and a true climate of Christian charity, which discourages such crimes, can exist. The fight is always for a white Christian Europe. If the battle flag and what it represents disappears, the white holocaust will continue, and such random acts of violence and insanity that occurred in South Carolina will increase tenfold.”

  5. I added my 2 cents to that vile traitor’s Twitter account.

  6. Romney, that Coates Darky, and the SPLC Jew Richard Cohen, via a retarded screed in Time Magazine, are all calling for the obliteration of the Stars and Bars.

Hhhmmmmm…………..weird….it’s not like it’s an organized ploy, or anything, is it?

  7. The confederate flag did not cause the murder anymore than the gun did. It was one of their own who commited these crimes.

  8. Romney was a loser then and still a loser now. Nothing more than a horses ass spewing forth what he thinks he should say / what he thinks the people want to hear. Between Romney and Graham you would have perfect examples of what is wrong with the Republican party and why it needs to be replaced with something that has some strength, integrity, loyalty, and most importantly some damn common sense.

  9. You know the more I think about it the more I would like to send him a complete set of “The Third Revolution” book series by Gregory Kay. The spark that kicked off that particular fictional free for all was the removal of the flag from the Confederate Soldiers Memorial. Could truth end up being stranger than fiction? The only problem I can see with my plan is that Mr Kay’s very fine prose is likely far above Romneys reading level and the book features a Confederate flag with a M-16 rifle superimposed over it (the horror…the horror).

Mr Kay’s books are available from amazon if anyone is interested.

    Mitt is right to say:

    “Shut up Mitt”.

    I would add this:

“Get a real job already Mitt”.

What’s going on here is that it’s a huge temptation to want to not have to get a real job, instead just float around with huge amounts of $ you made or inherited in the past and simply be offered a platform through the anti White, Lib Left mainstream media to say…. well, just comment on some current event.

In order for a somewhat, supposedly “Conservative”, GOP political leader, even if semi retired to be given any platform in the mainstream media he/she must push the Lib Left anti White, or at least race denying meme, or be politically correct.

Ann Coulter will not be given a platform in the mainstream media, nor will anyone in the League of the South.

Rand Paul might be given a platform if he agrees to just do some lame, Libertarian spin on the Lib Left anti White orthodoxy – nonsense like all the problems with Black crime and reactions to Black crime are caused by too much police, jails of Blacks because of the war on drugs.

What to do with the likes of Mitt Romney?

I say treat him like a PC Lib Kennedy Family member that isn’t currently elected to any political office, but wants a microphone to “Speak Out” against those who are retreating from the progressive, integrationist Lib policies of JFK, MLK Jr. etc.

Or else it’s just Jessie Jackson, and Sharpton – both Jessie and Rev. AL had very short lived paying jobs as media talking heads, but the ratings and reviews were so bad they had to fall back on being “community activists” i.e.. people without a real job just looking to get free media coverage.

Mitt Romney is in the same, slightly different category – a former Conservative political leader without a formal job now, but one who has left behind the Conservative politics of exclusion and is “reaching out” to Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims LGBT…..

    Yep….

    Hey Mitt Romney:

“Shut up and get a real job”

America only allows one family to get away with a lifetime of work shirking, Lib politics pushing non sense:

    The Kennedy family.

Romney could have beaten Obama if he’d gone racist.

    He’s feeble.

Enough working class whites would have switched.

Look at it this way the propagandist media and the narrative writers are keeping this incident close to the vest with using only kept reliable respectable conservatives.

What this indicates to me is the narrative they feel can be flipped upon them by those conservatives who are less reliable and more prone to actually wanting to win than appear respectable to the media image creators.

Whitaker was interviewed by CNN (it won’t be used) and he did better than average (of course) in flipping the script. Bob did ok but he is getting real old and so he did wander, but compared to conservatives who want to “educate” he did keep to his message 100% better than the usual intellectual desperate to appear smart before an imperial leftist overlord.

Ignore my blatherings but remember this the media is now producing information that is nothing but propaganda, nothing but propaganda.

  13. I have been trolling Puke Romney’s Twitter feed since last night. Where are the Pro Flag Tweets? Come on, fellas. I changed my profile header pic, and Avatar to honor the Stars and Bars.

The Mods are moderating, but not blocking. My posts of last night are gone – but I’ve got stuff right back up this AM. Hurry up, before the Romney Retard discover “Block”.

  14. Just wondering what the take here is on Dreher’s “antiracist outcry” on the SC thing.

Just another cowardly fool, I’m thinkin.

  15. PlayingRootsBackwards | June 21, 2015 at 4:42 pm |

Hmmm. I see that Mitt is not nearly as popular here on OD now as he was before the Republican primaries the last time around. He was as big a turd then as he is now.

I liked Newt, but I was a dumbass because he was a D.C. insider.

I liked Perry, but I was a dumbass because he sought the support of the Jew Bastids.

Does anyone here still believe that ANY of those good old Republicans are the good guys?

Just last week the Republicans were pushing Obama’s secret trade deal and Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi were the ones wearing the white hats. And Paul Ryan, Mitt’s running mate, stole Nancy Pelosi’s famous words when he said, “You have to pass the bill to see what’s in it.” Talk about an upside down world.

I’m glad we’re all on the same page now about old Mom Pants Mitt. It’s a shame that he is typical of the tap dancers that the ruling class will parade before us in the coming months.

I think I’ll throw my votes away on commie and socialist party candidates. At least they don’t pretend to be something else.

  16. The Geriatric Old Panderers are the paid whores of AIPAC.

    I LOATHE them.

  17. Mitt makes his decisions on issues depending on which way the political wind is blowing, not on principle. Just about everyone in government is unprincipled and lacking any moral fortitude, I am now surprised in the least Mitt took this decision.

  18. PlayingRootsBackwards | June 21, 2015 at 7:28 pm |

I just got back from Dreher’s page. I suggested that we exchange that old racist Rebel flag for a solid white one to signal complete surrender. I also speculated that he already flies one in his yard.

    Screw that rat-faced little Negrophile.

  19. On behalf of the Northeast, I apologize. Romney is not native to the area, but still. And give ’em hell Denise!

  20. this guy is just a tool of Mitt and his cahoots who wants to take guns away so people without defense against their beloved illegal aliens.

Anti-Whites hate the Confederate flag because it represents White people.

I sincerely wish you all the best in your quest for independence through secession.

How dare you, sir! I suspect you have stolen Nathan Bedford Forrest’s bust to make love to his brave, handsome mouth in the privacy of your bivouac. Have you put a wig on it, sir, to simulate his legendary flowing locks? Have you put Vaseline on his exquisite lips to enhance your pleasure as you befoul a true hero? I challenge you to a duel, sir, over the honor of our dear departed Forrest and restore his bust to its rightful place!

    http://news.yahoo.com/mississippi-tennessee-debate-future-confederate-symbols-000645478.html

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — ‘A top Mississippi lawmaker said Monday that the Confederate battle emblem is offensive and needs to be removed from the state flag.

House Speaker Philip Gunn became the first top-tier Republican to call for a change in the flag, which has had the Confederate symbol in the upper left corner since Reconstruction.

“We must always remember our past, but that does not mean we must let it define us,” Gunn, a leader in his local Baptist church, said in a statement. “As a Christian, I believe our state’s flag has become a point of offense that needs to be removed. We need to begin having conversations about changing Mississippi’s flag.”

Mississippi and Tennessee officials are grappling with whether to retain Old South symbols, even as South Carolina leaders are pushing to remove a Confederate battle flag that flies outside the statehouse there.’

Wiki: Gunn serves as an Elder in his Baptist church.

  24. http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/22/politics/confederate-flag-walmart-south-carolina/index.html

Walmart, the country’s largest retailer, will remove all Confederate flag merchandise from its stores, the company told CNN Monday.

The announcement is the latest indication that the flag, a symbol of the slave-holding South, has become toxic in the aftermath of a shooting last week at a historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina. Gov. Nikki Haley announced in a Monday afternoon news conference that she supports removing the Confederate flag from the state capitol grounds.

Walmart.com currently carries the Confederate flag as well as attire featuring the flag’s design, such as T-shirts and belt buckles.

“We never want to offend anyone with the products that we offer. We have taken steps to remove all items promoting the confederate flag from our assortment — whether in our stores or on our web site,” said Walmart spokesman Brian Nick. “We have a process in place to help lead us to the right decisions when it comes to the merchandise we sell. Still, at times, items make their way into our assortment improperly — this is one of those instances.”

Walmart’s statement came in response to a CNN inquiry Monday. In addition to Walmart, CNN asked Amazon and eBay whether they would remove Confederate flag merchandise from their sites. Neither company responded to repeated requests for comment.

  25. The Confederate Flag racist? Interesting. What about the Stars and Stripes? Slavery existed for 84 years under that flag. Only 4 under the Confederate.
