Editor’s Note: I wrote this article over two years ago. I was considering writing a new article about the subject, but nothing ever changes in the White Nationalist movement, and everything that I said below is as true today as it was back then.
I bring this up now only because the issue has resurfaced. I’ve long since moved on from White Nationalism. I have also made my peace with the movement and honestly I have nothing further to say about it.
Lately, I have been hearing the same stories from racially conscious women about the White Nationalist movement – they value their race and are eager to participate and do their part to “secure the existence of our people and a future for White children,” but they are alienated and disillusioned by some of the “wounded soldier” type rhetoric that they see at WN conferences and on the internet.
Before I am accused of picking a fight, I want to emphasize here lots of White Nationalists like James Edwards and Richard Spencer are happily married. I also couldn’t be happier with my own relationship. In spite of this, there is still a very loud group of these “wounded soldiers” out there – think of Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump – who have had bad experiences with American women in general, and it is a problem attracting and keeping women involved in the movement.
I bring this up because women are indispensable to any movement that seeks to “secure the existence of our people and a future for White children,” and there are attractive young women who I know who are being repulsed by these types, and I would much rather see them end up with some of my bright racially conscious friends than with the losers they are meeting in bars.
Why aren’t more women involved with the White Nationalist movement?
There is a conversation going on about this in the comments. It is such an interesting topic that it warrants a separate thread. Everyone who has attended a White Nationalist conference has noticed that men are always drastically overrepresented.
Why is that?
Dealbreaker #1: Because they are offended by the people who rail against White women on account of their bad experiences with dating and marriage. They shouldn’t have dated women like that anyway, but take out their sexual frustrations on all women with untenable generalizations.
Dealbreaker #2: Because of the HBD cogelite nerds who glorify Asian women and who denigrate White women. This is one of the biggest pet peeves.
Dealbreaker #3: Because of the aura of negativity that surrounds the White Nationalist movement. Most women can’t stand a constant drumbeat of negativity and self consciously avoid demoralizing websites.
Women like to see confidence in men. When they see men who have no confidence in themselves and who preach an “all is lost” political message, they instinctively turn away from a movement that they perceive as a bunch of losers, especially when they encounter a hostile atmosphere on pro-White websites.
Dealbreaker #4: Because White Nationalism attracts a disproportionate number of geeky, socially awkward males who have Asperger’s syndrome or who are creepy in some way as well as the homosexual misogynists who are on the warpath against women.
Dealbreaker #5: Because there is a lot of crossover between the Men’s Rights community and White Nationalism and this is a turn off to women who are culturally conservative and therefore more likely to be Christians.
Dealbreaker #6: Because the vast majority of women who qualify as “traditional” in America are strongly Christian or religious in some way. They are turned off to White Nationalism because of the atheism, misogyny, and lewd discussions about women on White Nationalist websites.
Anyone who goes to church knows that there are far more “traditional” women than men in America. Among women, it is fashionable in some circles to save yourself for marriage, whereas few men think that way these days. A respectable woman is not going to be dressed like a slut in some bar or club on the weekend.
Dealbreaker #7: Because women will always be less interested in politics than men. White Nationalism focuses heavily on politics and science and less on culture, family, and religion which are subjects which attract more conservative women.
Dealbreaker #8: Because women are more empathetic and are natural conciliators and thus mix like oil and water with the curmudgeons who are drastically overrepresented among White Nationalists.
Dealbreaker #9: Because some White Nationalists practice a type of effeminate political correctness and consciously go out of their way to elevate Asians and Muslims in particular over White Americans.
Feel free to take issue with any of the above positions. I have heard this view about White Nationalism from so many different women on so many different occasions that I am convinced it represents something of a consensus among traditional White women.
I wish someone would test this theory by creating a pro-White website with these dealbreakers in mind: exclude the HBD nerds who glorify Asian women, the negative curmudgeons, the “all is losters,” the creepy weirdos, the embittered misogynists, the effeminate homosexual intellectuals, and the Neo-Nazi atheists on a jihad against Christianity.
The website would need a good editor that would balance political discussion with a hefty complement of articles about culture, religion, and family. There would also have to be more talk about ethnicity and pocketbook issues.
I would bet money that would solve the problem. In fact, I predict that racially conscious women would start coming out of the woodwork because women are more social than men and would be attracted like moths to a flame to other women who share their views and who are potential friends.
It should be interesting to see what kind of feedback this post receives in the comments. I think I am onto something here.

1. I have commented so many times on this site to make a suggestion for discussing a strategy that would not only (A) encourage women to participate in WN as being a truly superior bunch of men; but (B) would demonstrate such to other political ideologies. The suggestion: Incorporate honour: a man of his word; a man who handles his problems honourably by confronting whomever he has a problem with face to face; etc. A man who treats a woman honourably: there is simply nothing that can compare!
I know such a white nationalist.
2. The suggestions were ignored; I was ignored.
Conclusion: The ‘white nationalists’ on this site don’t even have the teeny bit of honour to respond to a suggestion with a few reasons for why they think it is stupid, irrelevant, or whatever.
The White Nationalists on this site are not remotely interested in honour!

Bunch of lying, two faced wankers, who talk about wanting to hear from women; or wnating to hear suggestions about why women aren’t interested; or to hear ideas about how they could incorproate principles to encourage others of joining white nationalism… but its all talk and totally meaningless.
So.. that has been my experience.
I like working with honourable men. So if white nationalists are not honourable but low life lying fake scum.. and I come across a liberal man who is honourable, even if I disagree with his political philosophy…. with whom would i rather work and collaborate? Who is going to be honourable; keep his agreements, be honest, not treat me like i am a sex object worthy only as his political ideological brood sow?
So, why do so few white nationalists consider the issue of honour: honesty; integrity; face-to-face conflict resolution; no backstabbing, transparency, accountability, etc as important to them?
There once were men for whom their honour; and their clan’s honour and security were their entire existential existence. Women admired them and appreciated them!
It would be a good idea if the sane men of this movement got together and decided what they wanted from the women and develop a worldview of the female gender so that a woman could decide if she wanted to be a part of it or not.
Currently, there is no such consistent vision. There is a lot of arguing back and forth about just where women fit into this movement. And it is a movement, now. It is growing exponentially.
If a woman goes to a WN website wanting to comment or read the articles and she sees comments like, “women are nothing but sperm depositories”, “women have nothing of value to add at all”, “women should keep silent”, “women are narcissists”, “women are children with tits and hips”, “women are all the same, there is no differentiation”, well you get the idea. What do you think she will do? Nobody wants to be treated like they are less than human. And certainly no woman wants to be attacked just because she is a woman by some dork who just got dumped by his girlfriend and cannot tell the difference between his projections and another human being.
By the way, I am a woman, I am not a Christian and I’m from the South. I love the New Right and would like to be a part of it. When I see comments like the above, supposedly from my co-ethnics, it makes me angry and discouraged. I’ve never felt more powerful and pro-active in my life to do something about the deteriorating situation, however the men seemed to be confused as to whether they want me to help at all.
The men need to come up with a vision for the women and then it will fall into place.

Hi there, fellow disillusioned young woman here. I loved your comment and everything you said is completely spot on! I know that since this was a guest comment that you are unlikely to check back onto this thread, but I hope you don’t mind that I use this comment of yours in a possible blog post of mine in the future. I don’t visit many websites, so my experience may not be representative, but I’ve never read anything like “women are sperm depositories” or “women are children with tits and hips”. I suppose they must occur on threads that I choose not to read. My impression, generally, is that men who dislike women are afraid of them. Such men are found everywhere, but perhaps are more free with their opinions on WN sites. After all, we’re already breaking taboos here by criticizing Darks, and one hidden thought leads to another. The good little leftist boy who thinks women are dirty won’t dare say it aloud at a anti-racist meeting, but he still believes it.
It seems to me that any WN site aimed at women ought be run by women. Men who deliberately try to appeal to women can hardly fail to be condescending.
The number of innuendos, generalizations, and outright speculations in this article is outstanding. When a writer resorts to such language as “geeky”, “creepy weirdos”, “curmudgeons”, “nerds”, and “effete homosexual intellectuals” to describe their subject, the reader can be sure that what they are reading is anything but an honest attempt at an unbiased article.
And his description of WN websites does not match what I’ve experienced. At all.
I’d recommend to the author that you stick to what you know best. I’m not sure what that is, but knowledge of WN activism sure isn’t it.

I agree with this, but I still think men need to come up with a consistent vision. The reason being is that once there is a consistent vision, then the men monitoring the websites can put the kabosh on the foaming-at-the-mouth, misogynist rants, if that is the route they choose to go. If a man hates all women as a gender, I don’t have a problem with that. That is his choice. What I have a problem with, is having to listen and read that garbage in a cause that I want to be helping.
Those comments were from the articles, “Where are all the men?” and “Where are all the women?” over at Alt Right. They are still there in all their glory.

So true. This is something we need to work WITH rather than AGAINST. You are onto a very important topic Hunter.
As I personally “work with” younger people in my extended family, I have noticed that I must take a very different approach to the “girls”. If I lay out abstractions about politics, their eyes glaze over immediately. But if I approach them from THEIR INTERESTS, which as young women center around finding a mate, making a home, finding meaning in life as a woman, things move.
The key seems to be in really LISTENING to what these young women find of concern, and not trying to impose male concerns on them. The emphasis on listening first and working from what you hear bears fruit.
I hope this “project” develops into something with concrete suggestions about how young White women can be “led” toward focusing on the interests of their own people first, rather than turning non-Whites into their favorite pets … as the propaganda leads them to do.
Cuchulainn: It’s my view that a real man, of any race, loves his wife and children. Without that, he is a moral defective. A WN should hold these values above all, for if there are no loved husbands, wives, and children, what is the future of the White race? Women-hating WN are no better than White leftists who send their kids to private schools, or Black babydaddies. At least the latter two categories are working for their own kinds’ interests as well as they know how.
While I’ve made a choice not to feel personally offended by just about any comment at any genuinely conservative (i.e. White nationalist, HBD, or ethnopatriot) website, I have noticed many times just those things you list – men denigrating all Western/American women and/or the institution of marriage and men glorifying Asian females.
May I suggest the fairly-new site http://faithandheritage.com/ as a possibility for what you propose. The site is explicitly Christian and White nationalist, with articles about politics, schooling, home and family, and economic self-sufficiency.

For the record, I was sharing my girlfriend’s perspective on the subject. She is always talking about why women are turned off to White Nationalism.
Those are her reasons. I have heard it so many times now that the above is almost taken verbatim from our conversations.
Speaking as someone who was involved in mainstream politics for a long time the situation outside WN circles is not all that different: men are 80% of the arguing, women are 80% of the practical details. If you have a movement that’s mostly still at the arguing stage then most of the women will be lurkers. If it gets to the stage of practical details then you’ll suddenly find women popping out of the woodwork.
There is a specific problem where taboo topics online overlap in a very small pond i.e. WN, HBD and anti-feminist. I think this will dilute as the specifically WN pond expands because at the end of the day WN is all about land, women and babies and being anti-female is literally sterile.
Lastly i compartmentalize my time and one of those compartments is a leftist one where i do various things that i think will help and there are people who go onto WN (or conservative) sites purely to spread divide and rule. The ones i know about aren’t paid to do it they do it because they’re bored and are on the other side. Always bear in mind when someone is saying something about a particular gender or nationality or religion that at least some of the time they’re the usual suspects playing their usual games of spreading conflict and division among the target population.

Good choice. Obviously there’s women who like arguing too but for those who don’t that’s the kind of site that would appeal while there aren’t widespread organisational activities.
The writers and commenters at Roissy, The Spearhead and In Mala Fide are right more often than they’re wrong. Many men are justifiably outraged at the shameful way men are treated in this society.

Dealbreaker #0, uber alles, is that elite opinion is vehemently anti-WN.
Women are hard wired to defer to the opinions of those they perceive as higher status. As long as “anti-racism” (ie, anti-white-ism) is the ideology of the elite, women will be very tough to win over.
Economic and scientific arguments for racialism are always a non-starter. People do not make decisions based upon scientific data but emotional experiences. Only white advocates with a stupendously low social intelligence IQ fail to see that.
I’ve said this for a while now, but of course I never get credit for anything.
#4 ties in all of the other problems. Most of the males are inherently dysfunctional to begin with. It’s unfortunate but it’s true.
#7 also plays a role. Women who are in politics on their own tend to have a more masculine personality. Which in most cases men don’t desire in a personal relationship.
Many men contradict themselves. They say why aren’t there more outspoken women (wanting women to be more masculine), then at the same time wanting them to be demure, traditional and happy homemakers (more feminine). You can’t have it both ways.
From my own family and experiences with other Southern women I can tell you that in many cases the women are more racialist than the men. In the north and west it may be different.
I think that if one takes the 14 Words to heart (and believes them) then caring for and nurturing his wife and children must be something that is taken seriously. While I have read a lot of misogynistic comments on various sites frequented by WN, I have come to the conclusion (based on the content of those posts and comments) that most of those comments are written by teenage Eastern Europeans who have no experience with women other than their mothers and what they read on Game sites. Several of the commenters above have mentioned various different methods of introducing a woman to the WN movement. I think these are excellent ideas. Rather than cursing our women and belittling them, WN should be leading them and teaching them. Are there bad apples of both sexes out there? Definitely. But (9 times out of 10) one cannot find a suitable mate in a sleazy pickup bar. Game may get you laid, but it will not secure the existence of our race and a future for white children.

Women are part of the problem to. They don’t make it known what they really value, often they don’t even understand it themselves until they’re middle-aged, and they don’t support males that do promote those ideals.
It’s like the old question why do women prefer assholes. If you don’t like sociopaths stop procreating with them.
I think folks should just understand/accept the reality that men and women are different, always have been, always will be.

Most women aren’t interested in politics, a few are – and the White West will always have some women who like to push in to a man’s world, but that’s a small minority. Most women are fine with guys dong guy’s things – going golfing with their male friends, playing poker with their male buddies, attending a church where the priests, pastors, bishopric are good men and Boy Scout leaders must be straight men.
So instead of trying to recruit, push women in to White Nationalism, instead we should focus on improving the fraternal order – have White men behave in positive, honorable ways to other men and of course not swear in front of women and children, that sort of thing.
If American Renaissance conferences are all male and we hire attractive women to serve us drinks and coffee – that’s fine.
White women should organize in other ways – that are culturally, not really political. And no, Sarah Palin, or Libby Dole are not going to save, lead White Western Civilization.

-Women don’t like to hurt people’s feelings. “White nationalism” is associated with being against Blacks, homosexuals, Jews, Christians, Catholics etc. depending on ideology.
-The few women who do post on fringe message boards (in a general sense) suck and should quit. The males don’t give them honest criticism. Perhaps on some level, females on fringe message forums know they aren’t getting the full court press that males get. They know people are going easy on them. I know people disagree, but imo, the few females who do post get slobbered over and welcomed with overzealous enthusiasm.

I came to all of these conclusions on my own without a woman telling me because it’s so obvious and there are way too many of them.
I’m sure this post was well-meaning, but it reads as a little disingenuous and relies on a straw-man type argument. The straw man is that white males with racial concerns are against all women. Except for narcissists that are impossible to please, most white conservative males are not against all women. In fact, most of those who have racial concerns would be quick to praise women who are doing practical things to protect white interests. Most of these women are too busy doing practical things to get involved in political activities, which are really men’s work. Men shouldn’t be surprised not to find women involved in such activities, since politics really isn’t of interest to most women.
The disingenuous part of the article is that it seems to imply that no white women are the enemies of white interests. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Many naive white women have been swept up into revolutionary movements that seek to subjugate, if not genocide, the white race. These women have been bought off with the enticements of affirmative action and a selfish life devoted to hedonism. They are to be found pushing radical feminism, oppressive marriage-dissolution and child custody laws, and affirmative action that places white males at the absolute bottom of the affirmative action pecking order. And most infamously, it is also white women to a large extent that are enforcing affirmative action in human resource departments, tossing the resumes of white males in the basket and favoring others of other races. Don’t these fools realize they are actually participating in and effectuating the dispossession of their own race by discriminating against males of their own kind?
And to those women who are race conscious but want to import all the female-favoring aspects of cultural marxism into the movement, its not both-and its either-or. The heart of cultural marxism is an attack on white western male hegemony by clever male outsiders who wanted to displace white western males from leadership positions. The natural hierarchy is for men to be in leadership positions – any other system merely weakens group cohesion and sets the group up for failure.

Even on this very blog how many of the so-called White nationalists have been outed as miscegenators and homosexuals. It’s disgusting. So if we’re keeping score the women are ahead.
I’m not sure how many women are going to want to join something called “white nationalism”. How about just using the proper ethnic term to describe what group of men and women we are talking about? Most people in the USA who would describe themselves as “white nationalists” are people of Celtic and Germanic descent(Western Europe). Those specific ethnic groups have their own culture, language, dress, race, legal system, literature, mythical stories, architecture, humour, and religion. The idea of a warm, full, ancient, longstanding culture will be more attractive to women than just a call to race. Please consider this approach.
Women may be more careful as well.
Men might be willing to take risks with anonymous people. How do you know that the guy posting is what he says he is? Mark points out that a few people have been exposed as frauds.
But a young risk-taking male may say “bring it on” and view the risk as something they can mitigate and control.

I agree and disagree, needs to be reformulated. Women and men are more likely to get race through family, culture and ethnicity than through intellectual arguments. Men who did not get it through the former however are more likely to be persuaded by facts and logical argument. I don’t think the divide is that stark though. You see about as many irate males on the left as women, and from my experience the men are worse.
Another thing that makes it seems like the disparity is much larger than it is, is that males are just more outspoken and aggressive.
Because of that perceived imbalance, women are actually more valuable to our cause. Nothing cements our ideology, our purpose and infuriates the left more than a racialist woman.

You should listen to Paul Fromm tell his story of how the Hate Crime Laws got passed in Canada. A bunch of Israelis posing as Nazis and acting naughty gave the government the excuse for introducing the new laws, and then using them to persecute Whites who object to the destruction of their culture. And that’s not the only case, there are numerous examples of “anti-racists” posing as WNs and acting naughty. Stormfront is full of these types. Note the Mossad motto – “By deception thou shall wage war.” It’s definitely the M.O. of the antifa.
And I suppose you could be gay and WN, but I doubt you could be open about it. The biggest flaw in the WN movement, that I know of, is the widespread homophobia. I can see women getting turned off by that, it turns many people away. So once again, if the “WNs” your girlfriend associated with were acting openly gay, that’s another reason to doubt that they were who they said they were. I have yet to meet a WN who admitted to being gay, and I’ve met precious few that will be admit to respecting their freedom of association. Yes, I see the contradiction there if not the outright hypocrisy.
But the idea that WNs are hostile toward women is just hilarious when you consider that by definition we advocate for the continuation of our race. That clearly requires both sexes. And WNs tend to be very family oriented, so anyone bashing women under a WN banner should be viewed as highly suspect.
Alright… I am now suspecting that YOUR bias has less to do with the tone of this article so much as the deceptions of “anti-racists”. Don’t feel too bad, you are not the first to fall for their tricks. Nor will you be the last.
Pity we are not as good at promoting Truth as they are at promoting deception, imagine what a great country this would be! Plenty of money for all, quality health care, clean streets and neighborhoods and wonderful art and music everywhere. We would lead the world in environmental care, because that’s what Whites do. We take care of the world.
But that is coming to an end. The last blond person is predicted to die within 200 years. The European genome is a dying thing, and under attack from all sides. And when we’re gone, you’ll have to rely on muslim, hispanic and black culture to provide your respect for women.

THis is a great idea.
There are a lot of women that are enemies of white interests, and women tend to be more liberal. However, I can only offer anecdotal evidence to the contrary, so here it goes: Most women that I know do not want to see the US overrun by impoverished Mexican peasants. They want to see feral negroes punished. They want a safe neighborhood for their children to play in and a good education for them, free of NAMs.
THe women that I know are turning very conservative and peruse the New Right websites. They, just like their men, do not want the country to dissolve into a Third World shithole. Its very simple, really. There is no great philosophical answer, its logistics and common sense. They can see what is happening.

I can’t tell you how many men and women I’ve met in WN that are hypocrites, many more men than women though. One guy was married to an Asia woman and claimed both she and their hybrid children were White. His reasoning was they were light-skinned enough and his wife hated blacks, so that makes them White.

Have not read all the comments but I will say that the reason most white women don’t appreciate explicit white ethnocentrism is the same reason most men don’t appreciate explicit white ethnocentrism except only a thousand times more. It’s a third rail and most sane people don’t want to go anywhere near it. That may be changing, but you can’t necessarily blame anyone, male or female, who doesn’t want to “get involved”.
Actually once human cloning comes into style, women won’t be necessary to continue the human species. But then Christianity would fight against that.

I think the only way to suss out any particular weaknesses in WNism in this regard is to compare with other vilified movements, ones that didn’t have any problems attracting women. Is there such an animal?
Movements that are ignored or ridiculed by society, but not as vilified as WNism, might prove interesting comparisons, too.

Terms like misogyny and feminism are thrown around too much, like racism.
To some of these wacko broads even positive differences about women that aren’t perfectly equal with males are “sexist.” If you open a door for them it’s sexist, if you try to help them it’s sexist. There’s no point in even talking to someone that crazy.

Look, the question of how to attract more women has been going in circles for as long as I can remember. If a woman is interested, she will come. If she finds her place, great, she’ll stick around. Even so, just because a woman may not be part of the WN “movement,” doesn’t mean she doesn’t have racialist beliefs. Then, there are some of us that come, never find our niche, and we move on, but it doesn’t stop our beliefs. Just let things be, White women will keep on marrying White guys and having White babies without the “movement” telling them to do so (being that this is pretty much all that the “movement” wants White women for).
The ONLY thing which has changed is the face of modern men and women.
It appears that most of the ‘males’ continue to ‘strive’ for power and ethnic/interpersonal situations (i.e. Brotherhood), while at the same time, trying to straddle the ubiquitous fence-post of trying to ‘include’ women into the ‘inner sanctum’; this has never worked.
There used to be the Aryan Women’s League (AWL) and literally a dozen ‘women based’ groups which ‘attended’ their more vocal and, sometimes, revolutionary men who were, literally, on the front lines in the ‘street’, breaking bones of the jdl and jdo, protecting the cowards of the IHR and their ilk, before everyone got a clue, and generally both groups worked in tandem – each appreciating the work of the other.
Now, after a lot of sacrifice and blood, these good hearted, testoteroned fighters are, of a sudden, beyond the pale. In mixed company, I have never seen a ‘white nationalist’ dump on his vocal female partner, except on those cases where she might have been beyond her depth (yes, there are some places that ‘women’ have been tried, and found wanting), but this has been rare.
Men and women are incommensurate – and true White Nationalists (radical traditionalists) understand this duality, and roles, for the most part, are welcomed and protected.

I also believe that this kind of fringe movement is obviously going to attract some very strange people. A lot of this ant-woman stuff comes from a minority of loud mouth frustrated men who believe they deserve a woman whom is a 8 atleast on the attractive scale. We need to give white women all the incentives to support white nationas and survival. They need to know that we are not going to be forcing old gender rolls on anyone. We want to live in a totally free society with choice. Being in our own society again will ease most of this ant-woman stuff and the true losers who believe they are owed a woman will not be getting their way.
