Why, specifically, was this particular homeowner targeted? He says this is the second time he has been hit.
I am not “blaming the victim”, but I am guessing that the real story lies behind why he is a target.
Note the continual use of the word “rage” in the tagging. The perpetrators are the ones who feel powerless. I doubt that this is a real “hate crime”, based in skin-color “rage” because, other than the tagging, nothing was broken. Blacks on a rampage are all about wilfull destruction.
