SECession

Aggies to SEC?

Texas

As we gear up for the 2011 football season in the nation of Dixie, it is only appropriate that the winds of secession have carried over into the realignment of the great conferences of college football, which as I explained the other day is our national sport.

Wouldn’t it be great to have Texas A&M, Florida State, Clemson, Virginia Tech and all the Southern teams playing for the national title in the Confederate Conference? If we ditched Black Run America, we wouldn’t have to put up with its stupid federal policy of “integration” anymore.

Everything would change: sports, entertainment, culture, business, finance, the economy, racial etiquette, the geography of cities, the military, etc. The Washington nightmare would finally be over and we could move on with our lives and get back to living in a real country again.

Why does Florida State play Boston College every year? It makes no sense.

Historical Note: As for those who complain about the forced integration of college football in the American South, please keep in mind that was never our idea. When we had it our way in the Jim Crow South, which was the White man’s way, these blacks played for the Negro Leagues.

The Muse of Hate: Why do the Rascal Flatts miss Mayberry? Doesn’t Mount Airy, NC still exist? Hasn’t it been improved by diversity and progress and working for the time clock?

  1. You’re slipping into fantasy. If the Old South did secede from the Union at some point it would still have to deal with the tens of millions of blacks in the South. Somehow I’m not imagining that closing all the major universities to black students and purging black athletes from football teams is likely to happen.

Remember you went from being a white-nationalist blog to a more mainstream Southern politics / Tea Party blog in part to get away from the endless fantasy loops that the WN people indulge in. But you are damn close to recreating that here.

  2. Jackson,

    (1) We’ve been dealing with blacks since 1619. It is not like it is something new.

    (2) There is no way an independent South would preserve BRA. That was never our idea. It had to be forced on us by the rest of the country in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

    (3) In the Jim Crow era, we passed state laws that drove millions of blacks out of the South. Surely, if we were to return to Jim Crow or the Confederacy, the blacks (after fifty years of BRA) would leave the South and go live among the White liberals who love them so much.

    (4) Even if God himself intervened and gave us absolute power in the United States tomorrow, it would still be impossible to transition from a racially diverse society to a homogeneous one overnight.

    (5) As Mark Steyn shows in his new book, the final crisis of the Union will come in this decade, not in mid-century. In fact, it has already begun.

    (6) It was never our idea to integrate our universities or our football teams. The only reason we integrated college football is because we were forced to do so by the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

    (7) After 10 years of experience, I learned that the only reason that I was attracted to the “White Nationalist movement” is because it was the only game in town at the time that was “pro-White.”

I was “pro-White” before I had ever heard of “White Nationalism.” The land that I am sitting on right now was taken by force from the Creek Indians who were deported to Oklahoma.

Alabama has been “pro-White” since it joined the Union.

    (8) Now that the South is coming to its senses on race and culture under Obama, we don’t need the White Nationalist movement anymore. The taboos are dissolving and we can move about more freely now.

    (9) After Washington and Wall Street finish off the U.S. economy by 2020, we will have no other choice but to bail on the Union, unless we want to assume unto ourselves the responsibility of paying its debts.

    (10) In the long run, BRA is doomed and something else will take its place. After the USA goes bust, the CSA (or whatever it is called this time around) will rise again.

  3. Hunter, I agree wholeheartedly with your reply to Jackson. Some people dream and say, “why?” (Jackson) Others dream and say, “Why not?” If you have a vision, iterate it. Sooner or later, it will stick in someone’s mind. That may not mean YOU will gain fame and honor for a world-changing idea, but God will remember and acknowlege you on the last day, with ‘Well done, good and FAITHFUL servant.’

  4. The least you could have done was crop the photo. I see plenty of race-traitorous trollops all over the place as it is.

  5. Coming soon to a stadium near you???

Ladies and gentlemen, a round of applause for last year’s winners of the Dixie Bowl, from the great State of Alabama, heart of Dixie, the Auburn Tigers!!!

Please stand for our beloved national anthem…Dixie!

Note: The game had to be rescheduled due to the unexpected early completion of the Jefferson Davis Memorial Stadium in Montgomery. The stadium was erected over the site of the old $PLC headquarters which had been recently demolished.

In the last few weeks, the terms “Dixie” and “secession” have been revived in the mainstream. It is a line of attack by the liberal establishment on Rick Perry that will have unintended consequences.

The reintroduction of the concept of “secession” into our national discourse is far more important than the 2012 election. It doesn’t matter who wins in 2012 because the next president will be crippled by the economy as soon as he arrives in office.

  7. Hunter, I agree wholeheartedly with your reply to Jackson. Some people dream and say, “why?” (Jackson) Others dream and say, “Why not?” If you have a vision, iterate it. Sooner or later, it will stick in someone’s mind. Ditto!

  8. “(3) In the Jim Crow era, we passed state laws that drove millions of blacks out of the South. Surely, if we were to return to Jim Crow or the Confederacy, the blacks (after fifty years of BRA) would leave the South and go live among the White liberals who love them so much.”

Thanks, but I’d like to drive ’em back to you outta Detroit. Can’t we just agree that we need to drive ’em back to Mother Africa?

  9. “As for those who complain about the forced integration of college football in the American South, please keep in mind that was never our idea. When we had it our way in the Jim Crow South, which was the White man’s way, these blacks played for the Negro Leagues.”

And these all-white teams won national championships into the 1970s. All-white BYU won a national championship in the mid 1980s.

SEC teams still practice segregation. They only recruit blacks and whites are more or less barred from the team. This is BRA and it is poison.

That is why you shouldn’t support this system. Cheer for mostly white teams like Colorado, Boise St., BYU, Northeastern, Wisconsin, Air Force, Stanford and other teams that allow whites to play.

  10. Why should I cheer for those teams?

It was the Northern section of the United States that …

    (1) Integrated professional sports and college football in the first place.

    (2) Through the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which only the Northern states supported in the U.S. Congress, forced integration upon the Jim Crow South which had no desire whatsoever to adopt integration.

I don’t care if they are “White” up there. What’s that to me? They are “White” and cheer for Barack Hussein Obama.

Yeah, they are “White” in Wisconsin, but they came here on the “Freedom Rides” and in the “Freedom Summers” to wreck our civilization in Alabama and Mississippi. They loved Martin Luther King, Jr when we hated him and insisted on creating a federal holiday in his honor.

The people in Wisconsin are so “White” that they waged war against the Confederacy to pass the 14th Amendment and the 15th Amendment.

We should focus on taking back our own states and solving our problems here by severing our ties.

  11. “Why should I cheer for those teams?”

Unlike the SEC teams (except maybe Vandy) they are mostly white and allow whites to play.

“It was the Northern section of the United States that …

    (1) Integrated professional sports and college football in the first place.”

OK, but then why cheer on their greatest success – an all-white SEC to an almost all-black SEC in about 40 years.

“(2) Through the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which only the Northern states supported in the U.S. Congress, forced integration upon the Jim Crow South which had no desire whatsoever to adopt integration.”

Well, the blacks in Dixie certainly supported integration – much more so than northern whites. Yet you cheer for them if they wear the right uniform.

“I don’t care if they are “White” up there. What’s that to me? They are “White” and cheer for Barack Hussein Obama.”

The blacks who play for Alabama, New Miss, Auburn and Georgia are much more likely to vote for Obama than a whitey from Ohio.

“Yeah, they are “White” in Wisconsin, but they came here on the “Freedom Rides” and in the “Freedom Summers” to wreck our civilization in Alabama and Mississippi. They loved Martin Luther King, Jr when we hated him and insisted on creating a federal holiday in his honor.”

Very few came. The ones that came were wrong – just like the few white Southerners who worked for “civil rights” were wrong. As far as I know, there are no whites from Wisconsin coming into Alabama now to hector you on how evil whites are. But there are plenty of blacks (Northern and Southern) who harass whites and tell us how evil we are.

“The people in Wisconsin are so “White” that they waged war against the Confederacy to pass the 14th Amendment and the 15th Amendment.”

I’m not sure Wisconsin was a state at the time of the war. I bet many whites who live by Milwaukee now see the error of their ways as they too must live with the black plague.

“We should focus on taking back our own states and solving our problems here by severing our ties.”

Agreed. But do you also want to sever ties with the blacks who rob, rape and murder Southern whites?

  12. Unlike the SEC teams (except maybe Vandy) they are mostly white and allow whites to play

Should we cheer for Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid? They are White. JFK and LBJ were White. Why not cheer for them too?

OK, but then why cheer on their greatest success – an all-white SEC to an almost all-black SEC in about 40 years.

The only reason we have integration in the South is because of states like Michigan and Wisconsin which voted for the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If they get beat by negro football players from SEC schools, they are only getting what they always wanted, which serves them right.

Well, the blacks in Dixie certainly supported integration – much more so than northern whites. Yet you cheer for them if they wear the right uniform.

    It’s not their fault.

The only reason we have integration is because of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which forced that system upon the South. Just like the only reason we have the 14th Amendment and the Immigration Act of 1965 is because the North got the legislation it desired.

The blacks who play for Alabama, New Miss, Auburn and Georgia are much more likely to vote for Obama than a whitey from Ohio.

The only reason blacks are voting here is because of the Voting Rights Act and gerrymandered congressional districts in the South that were created by the Justice Department.

Once again, that was not our doing either. It was entirely the doing of the Northern states which glorified Martin Luther King, Jr. and voted 9 to 1 for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

I’m not sure Wisconsin was a state at the time of the war. I bet many whites who live by Milwaukee now see the error of their ways as they too must live with the black plague.

If memory serves, it was soldiers from Wisconsin and Michigan that hunted down Jefferson Davis in Georgia after the collapse of the CSA.

Agreed. But do you also want to sever ties with the blacks who rob, rape and murder Southern whites?

Blacks are the least of our problems.

Those of us with a long memory know that the current rates of black crime (in particular, interracial rape) was unknown in the Jim Crow South. Do you think that blacks would have gotten away with raping 200 White women a year in Alabama in 1932?

No, the only reason that we have such a problem with black crime is because of the U.S. federal government which has created and enforces racial chaos here, and the only reason we have that is because of the Northern states which alone in the United States wanted the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and the Immigration Act of 1965.

If it were not for the Northern states, we would have none of these things in the South today, not just integrated football teams and affirmative action, but integrated everything. That was never our idea.

No, it was people who came to Alabama and Mississippi on the “Freedom Rides” and to participate in the “Freedom Summers” who wanted that idea, just like their ancestors came here as carpetbaggers in the 187os.

  13. “Should we cheer for Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid? They are White. JFK and LBJ were White. Why not cheer for them too?”

No. But why don’t you cheer on Southern black members of he Congressional Black Caucus?

“The only reason we have integration in the South is because of states like Michigan and Wisconsin which voted for the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If they get beat by negro football players from SEC schools, they are only getting what they always wanted, which serves them right.”

Yeah, but black Southern politicians love “civil rights” legislation, affirmative action and hate crime double standards more than northern whites.

    “It’s not their fault.”

It is too. They all support the NAACP, MLK and taking down the Confederate Flag.

“Blacks are the least of our problems.”

Not true. Just look at your own admirable work on the “Color of Crime” reports a few months back.

“Those of us with a long memory know that the current rates of black crime (in particular, interracial rape) was unknown in the Jim Crow South.”

Again, not true. Look at any Southern newspaper from the late 1800s/early 1900s. They were filled with stories about black-on-white crime. Many race riots started because of this (whites were not pussies in those days).

Segregation was a logical response to Negro pathology. Yes, the north was wrong to end this rational system. But let’s not forget why your ancestors put Jim Crow in place to begin with.

  14. I guess it all goes back to identity.

If you look at a 90% black starting lineup and say “That’s my Georgia” or “That’s my good Ole Miss,” or “That’s the face of Dixie right there” then ok. But if you are also promoting the interests of white people (or even just white Southerners) then I cannot see the logic of it. You are cheering on people who hate you and strengthening a system of black supremacy in sports.

In cheering on a mostly white Colorado team or a mostly white Stanford sqaud, you are identifying with people who look like you. These teams recruit whites, give scholarships to whites and play whites.

I can understand you not liking Northerners if you are now a Southern nationalist.

But when people watch a football game, political ideology is not on the radar. Racial identity is front and center for all the world to see.

  15. No. But why don’t you cheer on Southern black members of he Congressional Black Caucus?

I don’t recall ever cheering for John Lewis. Quite the opposite. I am positive that I have attacked him earlier this month on this blog.

Yeah, but black Southern politicians love “civil rights” legislation, affirmative action and hate crime double standards more than northern whites.

There were no Southern black politicians until Northern Whites created them by passing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

It is too. They all support the NAACP, MLK and taking down the Confederate Flag.

In the 1950s, there were NAACP branches in the South, but there wasn’t a single black elected official in Alabama or any other Southern state. Who changed that? It certainly wasn’t the blacks who had been ceaselessly agitating here since 1865 without interruption.

Not true. Just look at your own admirable work on the “Color of Crime” reports a few months back.

Black crime is a symptom of a larger problem. Why are blacks able to get away with such outrageous levels of violent crime? They didn’t get away with it 50 years ago. Emmett Till was lynching in Mississippi for whistling at a White woman.

gain, not true. Look at any Southern newspaper from the late 1800s/early 1900s. They were filled with stories about black-on-white crime. Many race riots started because of this (whites were not pussies in those days).

The black-on-white crime rate in the Jim Crow South was nothing resembling what it is today in Black Run America. It was publicized back then because (a) segregationist editors controlled the local newspapers and (b) because Whites were the leading race in Dixie and (c) because Whites publicized black criminality and refused to put up with it.

Segregation was a logical response to Negro pathology. Yes, the north was wrong to end this rational system. But let’s not forget why your ancestors put Jim Crow in place to begin with.

Let’s not forget who passed the 14th Amendment which made blacks citizens, who used the military to integrate our schools, who passed the Voting Rights Act to create the black holes, who passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to integrate every single aspect of our society.

The only reason we have BRA is because the North wanted it so bad that it felt compelled to use the federal government and the U.S. military to impose its worldview on the South.

The “Civil Rights Movement” was nothing more than an attempt to crush the Jim Crow South where segregation prevailed. The Northern states (most of them at least) had been integrated for 70 to 80 years before 1965.

  16. I guess it all goes back to identity.

    Sure does.

The South has never seen eye to eye with the North on the race question. The most recent example of this being the election of Barack Hussein Obama in 2008 which was opposed by 92 percent of Whites in Alabama.

If you look at a 90% black starting lineup and say “That’s my Georgia” or “That’s my good Ole Miss,” or “That’s the face of Dixie right there” then ok.

That’s the Georgia that the North created by forcing our public universities to integrate in the 1960s. Are you familiar with the story of the integration of Ole Miss, the University of Alabama, the University of Georgia?

But if you are also promoting the interests of white people (or even just white Southerners) then I cannot see the logic of it. You are cheering on people who hate you and strengthening a system of black supremacy in sports.

    That’s absurd.

Who really hates us? Is it the White liberals of the Northern states or is it the blacks they have stirred up against us? Who is honestly the bigger problem?

It is indisputably the White liberals of the Northern states who are responsible for dismantling Jim Crow, integrating our universities, and striking down our anti-miscegenation laws. Let’s not forget it was the Northern states that put Barack Hussein Obama in the White House.

The only reason Obama won Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia is because of the black vote and the out-of-state transplants in Dixie.

In cheering on a mostly white Colorado team or a mostly white Stanford sqaud, you are identifying with people who look like you. These teams recruit whites, give scholarships to whites and play whites.

The White people who go to Stanford and the University of Colorado … they are people like us? Since when? What about the University of Wisconsin and Oberlin College? Two of the most liberal campuses in the United States.

I can understand you not liking Northerners if you are now a Southern nationalist.

    That’s inaccurate.

I actually don’t have a problem with the North. I would really like to believe they could get over their racial insanity which history shows they imposed on the rest of the country in the 1860s and the 1960s.

Either way, I know the South has to get out from underneath Washington and New York City, or we will be ruined in the long run. Large parts of the South have already been ruined by our connection to those places which was severed (justifiably) in the 1860s.

But when people watch a football game, political ideology is not on the radar. Racial identity is front and center for all the world to see.

Here in the South, we have a racial/ethnic identity, a cultural identity, a philosophical identity, a team identity, and a religious identity that goes back centuries. This is largely because our ancestors have lived in North America for four centuries.

Dixie is a nation like Germany or France. The CSA was once an independent nation-state. The bloodiest war in American history was fought by Dixie against the USA.

It is different in the Northern states where there is only a very tenuous racial identity among all the various European ethnicities that live in the “Nation of Immigrants” which is due north of the Mason-Dixon line.

  17. Well, we are not far apart on most issues.

If I boil it all down it seems I am arguing for a white identity (cheer for whites over blacks).

You seem to be arguing for a Southern white identity – which is just fine with me.

But I still cannot see how a team starting 21 blacks and one white man represents a white Southern identity. It would seem to be the exact opposite of a Southern white identity.

Moreover, the average white working man in Wisconsin, Massachusetts or New Jersey has the same racial views of the average white Southern working man. It is just the upper classes who seem to fawn over blacks up north.

  18. Bernie,

    Very true.

I am arguing for a White Southern identity – a racial identity, an ethnic identity, a cultural identity, a religious identity, a philosophical identity, and a team identity – not simply a racial identity – our identity collectively constitutes a “national identity.”

The people who go to Alabama and Auburn cheer for the “teams.” They are cheering for their university, not for black players. As it happens, the same is true of Wisconsin and Michigan, where the students there cheer for their teams and universities.

What you are missing is that White Southerners have never been “White Nationalists.” They have a White racial identity, but that doesn’t mean they are “White Nationalists.” On the contrary, the philosophy of the South has always been “conservatism,” and its racial expression has been “white supremacy.”

This is why Southerners can cheer for the black players: they are comfortable with their racial identity and their cultural identity. Unlike White Nationalists, their racial identity is not based on animus toward blacks per se, but on the recognition that they are racially different.

Football is a game … and Southerners have always loved games. It is just a game. That is why the fans who cheer for Alabama in the stadium in a sea of White people refuse to live among them in reality when it is not a game.

There is no contradiction between, say, the popularity of Cam Newton, and the antipathy toward Barack Hussein Obama. It makes sense when you realize that Southerners are conservatives.

As long as Cam Newton wants to play a role in his proper place, then Auburn fans won’t have a problem with him. The same Auburn fans will turn around and vote against Obama in 2012.

  19. The people who live in Wisconsin and Michigan have a very different culture and history which separates the North from the South.

Objectively, we are not the same people: Southerners have a different culture, a different philosophy, a different sense of identity, a different climate, a different ethnic background, a different religion, etc.

There are “White people” in Wisconsin and Michigan, but their awareness of their “whiteness” is not perceived in the same way as it is here. We have lived among blacks for centuries and the race question is at the root of our society.

Because of our historical experience and proximity to blacks, “whiteness” is a marker of our ethnicity. Even if it is repressed in the “mainstream,” it is still the most important marker and this shows up in every election in the South. Race is the most important determining factor of the outcome.

The people of Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee are Anglo-Celts who are drawn mostly from the British Isles. We are mostly Protestants. We are “White people” who are descended mostly from the original American colonists.

The people who live in states like Wisconsin and Michigan are drawn more from continental Europe. There are more Germans and Catholics there. Their ancestors came here as “immigrants” or migrated from New England where “whiteness” has always been less important than it is here.

That’s their story. It is not our story.

The story of the South begins at Jamestown in 1607. It is a story of the racial conquest of North America, the creation of the United States, the Texas Revolution, the Confederacy, the Jim Crow South, “Winning the West,” the Civil Rights Movement, etc.

The people of France and Britain might be “White,” but they are not the same ethnicity. They do not have the same culture.

  20. Drew Phillips is a white running back. He is an explosive playmaker with sprinter speed (state champion 400-meters in Alabama and 4.38 40 at both the Central Michigan and Alabama summer camps).

Yet for some strange reason, Alabama, Auburn and the other Dixie schools didn’t want him. Hey – maybe if he got a deep tan he could have fooled those who run the SEC.

BYU doesn’t mind his skin condition, however, as they are not dedicated to 100% black supremacy in sports. Hence, they will take advantage of his superior speed and athleticism while the Black Tide will have to roll on without him.
