Over at Takimag, Kevin DeAnna has a piece on the 9/12 protestors and Tea Partiers. He makes a number of points that those of us in the ‘White Wing’ can agree with, but since DeAnna is writing for a conservative webzine, he has to miss his target by just a notch. The best part about White Nationalism is that we get to say exactly what we think. We don’t have to sugar coat the pill to prevent conservative indigestion.
Here is my take on the points raised:
1.) In order to swim in mainstream politics, you have to acknowledge a number of unwritten ‘ground rules’ that collectively constitute what it is referred to as ‘respectability’. These rules are set by our political and cultural establishment. Like Jim Crow social etiquette, Cultural Marxism is designed to preserve the power of our ruling class by controlling the boundries of legitimate political discourse.
Foremost amongst these rules is the notion that Whites aren’t to be allowed a positive racial identity or any sense of collective group interest. We are supposed to think of ourselves purely as atomized individuals. The only racial identity we are allowed (which can be expressed in public) is a negative one in which we must perpetually atone for the sins of our ancestors.
Hence, the MSM’s extremely negative reaction to the ‘implicit whiteness’ of the Tea Parties. The rednecks are going off script again. They’re getting uppity. The wrong sort of people are getting notions. A huge mob of ordinary White people aren’t kowtowing before the NYC Jews and showing them the customary deference.
2.) Alex Linder once made a memorable point: you can either be radical or respectable. In our political culture, there isn’t a third option. Personally, I care nothing for ‘respectability’ as it is defined by our elites. In taking an explicitly pro-White stance, I have condemned myself to the political fringe.
I’m happy with the choice. No serious threat to the status quo will ever arise within the “synagogue of political correctness.” The gelded court conservatives who fret endlessly at the prospect of being expelled from the congregation are only fooling themselves that they can accomplish anything on the terms of the enemy. They are a controlled opposition. In participating in this anti-White system, they are giving it legitimacy and postponing the day when a serious revolutionary movement can rise to challenge the status quo.
Now, it is undoubtedly true that the fringe is a kook rich environment. Over the years, I’ve encountered every version of kook and conspiracy theory imaginable. In their defense, I will at least say this about them: at least kooks are colorful, bright and interesting, although deluded, they are usually entertaining. I would rather watch two kooks argue with each other any day than your typical banal GOP sellout vs. Democratic hack.
I’ve lost all interest in mainstream political discourse. Although I have tried many times, I can’t bring myself to read the mainstream conservative press, listen to conservative talk radio, or watch the conservatives on FOX News. Someone would have to pay me to do so.
They’re boring. I would much rather do something else. I can’t imagine being locked in a room with Mitt Romney for two hours. What an excruciating form of punishment that would be.
3.) The fiscal conservatism which unites the disparate conservative coalition will never amount to anything. It is quite clear that the business interests which contribute huge sums to the GOP call the shots. They are solidly behind ‘comprehensive immigration reform’. If the GOP truly wanted to reduce the size of government, it would have done so when it controlled most of the state legislatures and all three branches of government.
Changing racial demographics will ensure a solid Democratic majority in the future. People like Frank Rich know this and crow about it. At some point, Obamacare will be passed, if not now then in a future Democratic administration. Unfortunately, the same is true of ‘comprehensive immigration reform’. There are still more radical bills yet to be written and signed into law. The end game we are headed to is a vast racial extortion racket in which Whites are taxed to subsidize non-Whites. Obamacare is only the first sweet taste of this bitter cup.
When I look at the 9/12 protestors, I also see a lot of confused and alienated people, most of whom have yet to find their voice. Perhaps for the first time in their lives, they are starting to think of themselves as ‘outsiders’. Many now have a vague, unarticulated feeling that they are ‘losing their country’. They are outraged at being pushed outside the boundries of ‘respectability’ by the MSM. As of right now, they are an opposition that dares not to speak its name.
This transition from feeling like an ‘insider’ to an ‘outsider’ is the first stage of radicalization. All of us in the White Wing have gone through it. Hitherto, ordinary Whites haven’t felt like ‘outsiders’ living under an alien regime, which is one of the fundamental reasons that White Nationalism hasn’t gone anywhere. If this process is allowed to continue, it bodes well for us; a sense of group consciousness could begin to gestate.
Which brings me to my next point.
4.) In the short term, expect the Tea Partiers to do what they always do: in 2010, prostitute their votes to the system candidate with an (R) beside his name, undoubtedly at the urging of the loudmouths on conservative talk radio. Barring some major transformative event, this sort of kabuki theatre will go on until national conservative politics finally becomes untenable due to changing racial demographics.
In our Byzantine political system, worse does seem better. We’ve finally settled that argument. I hope the (D)s trounce the (R)s. It seems to be the only way (R)s ever learn anything. Under (D) rule, the partisan (R)s feel like ‘outsiders’; (R)s radicalize when taunted as racists. Under (R) rule, the (R)s feel like ‘insiders’, loaf around in overconfidence, and disengage from politics. (D) rule is clearly better for White Nationalism. There is more radicalism in the air under Obama than Bush. We get more second looks.
5.) I hope conservatism will continue its losing streak. I don’t want to see it win again. Racially speaking, we are always worse off when a conservative president leaves office. The rise of White Nationalism presupposes the death of conservatism. The most intelligent, forward thinking minds are always far ahead of the masses. Even now, the stark choice we are facing is submission or secession.
The Obama administration’s schtick about a “post-racial” presidency is mere public relations salve and pap for our weaker brethren. It is the product of a changing electoral calculus that will run against us in the long term. Underneath the surface, the sweet words of “Hope” and “Change” segues into millions of non-Whites seething over their racial grievances.
Their real agenda is “Get the White Man.” As with Van Jones and Rev. Wright, it comes out in their more candid moments. This will become clear in the years ahead when Obama’s successors don’t have to cloak their anti-White programme in the disguise of euphemisms like “Universal Healthcare” and ”Green Jobs.” At that late date, legions of Uppity Whites will be the only force around to restrain the Minority-Majority. That’s what comes after conservatism.

I agree with your overall attitude, that the mainstream is essentially a package deal, and you can’t get around a basic decay by being ecumenical. I don’t buy into “respectability” either.
That said, what you’ve written is a bit of an echoing rant. There’s a point to polemic, of course–tapping into a basic sensibility to get people who share it on the same page. But are white nationalists going to get past polemic? The arrival point oftentimes is a kook fringe, as you’ve suggested, which of what you’ve written is the most motivating. I don’t want to attempt to mainstream anything, but I certainly have had my fill of kookville.

The 9/12 protesters aren’t going anywhere because they are voicing their discontent in the language of conservatism, which is a natural temptation for reasons of nostalgia and mainstream conformity. Unfortunately, the conservative movement failed and our people will be forced (whether they like it or not) to address the very question of their existence sometime this century.
Hopefully more (D) rule will lead to more radicalization and, eventually, the advent of an authentic revolutionary movement that can lead our people into a new future. When that happens we will no longer be estranged prophets, warning of the bleak future ahead, but engaged political participants.
I spend most of my free time with apolitical friends who fit that description. I’ve only encountered the kooks in cyberspace. I don’t know anyone who is a Birther, Truther, LaRouche PAC supporter and so on in real life. In my local area, I have never seen a skinhead or a Neo-Nazi. I’m told the Klan still marches in the area. I wouldn’t mind going to a Klan rally to check it out.

It is vitally important that normal whites begin to psychologically break from the system. To, as you put it, come to see themselves as outsiders. The psychological break must of course precede the physical break. This is definitely starting to happen, though we have a long way to go. For my entire life, the anti-white establishment has had this country on lockdown. There seemed to be no way of ever dislodging the bastards from power. It was hard to even imagine a radical change.
Today, something has changed. Sure, the system has still got things on lockdown. And yet, at the end of the day, the situation seems a bit different. Not just in explicitly White Nationalist circles with the growing emphasis on the ethnostate and some form of secession, but amongst the general public as well. We can’t know what, if anything, will come of this in the near future, but there is a glimmer of hope where before there was none. An increasing focus amongst the “vanguard” on a tangible goal, and increasing discontent in the broader world to provide more fertile ground. Kinda sorta groovy.

One of the things that has surprised me is that so few have stepped up to the plate over the last six to twelve months. You’ve increased your output. Unfortunately, many other white nationalists seem to have, if anything, decreased theirs. I wasn’t expecting this. Here we are in 2009 with the most anti-government sentiment amongst the general public that most of us have seen in a lifetime, not to mention a black president that rubs most normals the wrong way. Yet, instead of making hay, it seems many “revolutionaries” decided to sleep late. Makes one wonder. If you are a fringe kinda guy, you should be loving life right now. This isn’t the time to take the afternoon off.
One thing is for sure, we need more media and outreach. But just as importantly, we need intellectual focus and direction. That’s the only way we’re going to get a physical goal and an actual strategy that we can all ultimately work for. You’ve become invaluable in that area, along with Greg Johnson, et al. Linder seems to be getting back in the swing of things too, so good things are starting to happen.
The birther argument is plausible and doesn’t have the emotional baggage that 9-11 does. Almost no one will engage in debate over 9-11 or the Holocaust, it’s too emotional.
The problem with Klan and skinhead groups is they’re monitored and infiltrated.
There is a difference between being radical and being crazy. It’s very important that we don’t go off the deep end with paranoia, conspiracies and other bizarreness. One of the things that has held back the racial right in America is a tendency to focus on those kind of things, which attracts the wrong sort of people to the movement, who in turn push the movement further from sanity. Then you end up with a movement that is more about trying to prove that we never landed on the moon and that the Jews are really just pawns of the Freemasons(both of those views are well represented on Stormfront, where the vast majority of pro-whites on the internet hang out).
It’s pretty obvious that many of the people who are involved with white nationalism are motivated more by a general attraction to autre and forbidden ideas rather than concern for the interests of their race.

I’m not sure that we can apply the dominance hierarchy so easily to human cultures. What is your criterion for an “alpha male”? If you just mean “someone who can get laid easily”, that doesn’t qualify. Scientists use alpha to refer to someone who has power within the group of apes (or whatever species). So, if the alpha concept can be applied at all to humans, it ought to be applied to someone in leadership and the best the peasants could do is be betas. But because there are other factors at work other than brute-force dominance-submission in human societies, I think the entire endeavor of applying a system which clearly applies to apes and not men is flawed.

That’s an important point. The conspiracy nuts hardly exist outside of internet. WN has a hugely disproportionate number of these sorts of people though. What we really need are sane, balanced, normal people who also care about their race. Kooks and crazies are the not he building blocks of an effective political movement.

I’m sorry, I frequent the pro-white blogosphere from here to MR/VNN/AccessSTL/etc, and I just do not see the amount of these people that you do. Most of the people at these sites seem like normal people, if angry, with some very intelligent posters mixed in and the conspiracy theory crowd usually represents no more than 10% of the posters (which may still be too much depending on how you look at it). Unless you can give specific examples, I really don’t think this is as big a problem as you claim.

It’s certainly not exclusive to WN, either. Ever been to Daily Kos or similar sites?
The tea party phenomena is a welcome trend but it encompasses so many issues I have my doubts whether they’ve ever accomplish much of anything other than be a moderate annoyance for Obongo and his media allies. Finally white people are starting to see that things are very, very wrong in the district of corruption but at some point our efforts have to evolve into something more tangible than holding placards and providing white noise for the nightly news. We’ll also have to define and agree upon some core issues.
For example the radical anti-abortionists place as much value on the life of a baby borne of a black cocaine and welfare dependent mother as they do higher born white baby. As much as I respect Ron Paul, ending the Fed, restoring the value of the dollar, and returning to our constitutional moorings are laudable but won’t forestall the disaster awaiting the white race. Only pro-white Caesarism can right the ship.
Jews like Frank Rich ooze with hatred at the site of so many banal white people exercising their constitutional rights. He and those of his political bent are the same people that got misty eyed over hordes of scowling alien mestizos demanding amnesty, jobs, and health care in 2006. It’s always a beautiful thing when non-whites organize to militate against white culture, law and institutions.
For too long conservatives and rightists believed playing the role of race neutral nice guys would build a broad political coalition. It hasn’t. Unless the political right begins tackling hot button racial issues from the pro-white standpoint, whites will continue to lose political power to the anti-white radical leftists who aren’t afraid of using race to achieve their nefarious goals.

A good, incisive article, indeed, Prozium. It’s about time the white bunnies got riled-up enough to get off their asses, and onto the streets. The ‘tea parties’ may eventually lead to political populism and possibly white nationalism, if the socio-economic system continues to quickly erode. The general white population will have to get a lot hungrier and physically threatened, though, before they start supporting real WN organizations, leaders & politicians. With the media (and the entire system) in enemy hands, it’s going to be a complex and difficult uphill fight, just to build an opposition WN leadership cadre, to say nothing about a real white counter- revolution.
It would be wise, however, to network the ‘tea parties’, just in order to spread white nationalism among the activists, and to subvert and criticize the kosher decoy organizations that are trying to capture and deflect the momentum. The Amerikinder have a lot to learn though, so no one should expect miracles when dealing with the Anglo patriotards encountered at these functions. It’s difficult to turn around an historical process (and a poisoned mindset) that is running its insane, delusional, irrational, and self-destructive course. The white ‘tea parties’ are a baby step in the right direction, however, if nothing else.

Yes the Great Task before us shall be a difficult one, however one must walk before they run and Michael O’meara has given some practical ‘ground floor’ advice on where to get started:

I’m mainly talking about Stromfront and VNN. The vast majority of pro-white people on the internet who engage in discussion are at those two sites, mainly SF. The pro-white blogo-sphere is small and has only a minuscule fraction of the posters SF does. Obviously, the blog posters are a cut above the forum posters. SF has a lot of good people, but too many are fox news retards and conspiracy freaks.
Much of the discussion at SF, especially this year, is about crazy conspiracies that have little or nothing to do with race. Many people there are willing to believe anything, no mater how ridiculous or obviously untrue, as long it involves the idea that the mainstream view of things is wrong. If you go back to the “millitia movement,” the “patriot movement,” 50′s anti-communists and other proto-WN movements, you’ll see that these movements all had the same problem: they couldn’t stay focused on achievable goals or even stay focused on reality.
It’s tempting to ignore these people, but if we want to have any influence, we need a lot more people than the numbers who post on WN blogs.

Good point, I don’t go to Stormfront all that much. VNN has some conspiracy types but not excessive. Both sites have some very intelligent people as well. But the discourse does need to rise above the FOX news and “Zeitgeist” level.

But achieving this, and it is possible, will require more focus than we have yet seen from the non-movement.
