Buchanan, Paleos, and Jews

Menachem Z. Rosensaft, a general counsel of the World Jewish Congress, has yet another column up in The Jewish Week attacking Pat Buchanan over a revisionist thread that was posted in a forum on Linda Muller’s website, Buchanan.org. This is the latest installment in an organized campaign by Jews to pressure MSNBC into dumping Buchanan from the airwaves. The paleo response has been telling: so far nothing but silence (crickets chirping) at Chronicles, The American Conservative, and Taki’s Magazine where more important topics like Mark Sanford’s disappearance are being discussed. This stands in stark contrast to the half dozen or so sanctimonious condemnations of Jared Taylor’s version of white racialism we were recently treated to.
Simply put, the paleos are afraid of the Jews, and it has never been more obvious than it is now. They won’t stand up for themselves even when the Jews are flagrantly pissing all over their greatest champion in unison. The only (vaguely) paleo website to even mention this series of attacks is VDARE. Peter Brimelow literally trips over himself in denying that he is a “White Nationalist” and never points out that Jews are once again “leading the charge.” In my experience, Jews have never had the same inhibitions about identifying and attacking their perceived enemies that conservatives do.
Another important lesson can be drawn from this: Jews are powerful, but they are not omnipotent. Although Jews are vastly overrepresented in the American media, they do not control every major media outlet, nor do they make every important decision. The noisemakers have been trying to get Buchanan fired (or Imus’d) since mid-May but so far haven’t got their way. The campaign seems to be dying down since its peak a few weeks ago. Perhaps Buchanan is too well connected to get knocked off so easily or maybe he is being kept around for some other reason.
Alex Linder supports the campaign to get Buchanan fired out his belief that it would further polarize Whites and Jews. I’m too young to remember when Sam Francis got fired from the Washington Times or when Peter Brimelow was canned at National Review, but their career misfortunes do seem to have pushed both of them in a more pro-white direction. If Buchanan really does get fired, the major paleo websites will have no choice but to confront the issue. Their response would likely be interesting.
You bring up the overall TakiMag treatment of Taylor. I found it to be fundamentally telling as well. I’m told that to get his response to Raimondo published, Taylor threatened to approach Taki himself, so reluctant was Spencer to allow a rebuttal.
I’m wondering how to fairly describe an outlet that publishes Raimondo at all, let alone allows him to rage pit-bull-like against a man as fair and civil as Taylor.
If there is such a thing as a paleo movement, one that exists apart from harmless think tank career-making, library seclusion, or blogger’s hobby, my observation tells me that it lacks cohesion, and that its members frequently treat one other with an embarrassing level of indecency.
Spencer didn’t have any problem publishing Gavin McInnes’s nihilistic yuppie celebration of miscegenation or Austin Bramwell’s article which claimed that all of Anglo-American civilization is worthless.
I have long enjoyed your writings, and I regard you as one of the most important bloggers on the net to-day, but lately you seem to be a little too fixated on the Jews, even for my tastes. Almost every post of yours in the last while has been about Jews. It gets monotonous after a while. You need to spice things up a bit. You need more “diversity” in terms of subject matter.

Speaking of Sanford, anyone know anything about his ethnic background? I can’t tell (he’s very ambiguous looking…sorta White but sorta not), and I don’t think he’s ever really made any details about his ethnic background public, though he surely doesn’t look very Northern European at all to me. It’s not just his very dark skin (because the SC sun is very strong and obviously causes people to tan easily), but his general facial features look very non-Northern European…he looks quite Southern/Med Euro, Iberian, and/or even Jewish to me. He was born in Florida, so that is a definite possibility.
Any ideas?

As you’ve probably noticed, Patrick Cleburne over at Vdare is ‘Jew wise’. He often mentions Jewish activism harmful to whites and works to make Kevin MacDonald more known throughout the anti-immigration blogosphere.
You know, for some reason this occured to me only recently: Why don’t you, Prozium, write an article for a publication like American Renaissance or the more erudite The Occidental Quarterly? We all know you could do it. Easily. You could write under a pseudonym, although you would probably have to choose a real name for that. It would seem to me to be a ’step up’ from posting on a blog, like so many other people. The next step on the road to become as great as Jared Taylor
(who I think is the greatest American right now). Just a friendly suggestion all this, don’t take it the wrong way.
I’m still trying to get back into the habit of blogging regularly.
Going mainstream would only water down our message. Philosemites like Jared Taylor and Occidental Quarterly would demand that Prozium water down his message on the Jewish Question. No thanks.

Just to let ya’ll know, Thomas Fleming is an opportunist on the racial question. Many among the Racialist Right have heard him make statements to the contrary of what he has been out-gassing lately.
His recent approach is that of a hedge-better, somewhat akin to Sweden’s position of ‘neutrality during the Second War of White Genocide–oops, I mean the Second World War.
This supposed ‘neutrality’ on Sweden’s part boiled down to this axiom: “If the German’s win, we’re Fellow Aryans–If the Anglo-Americans win (the ‘allies’) we’re Fellow DemocRats”… .

I believe Steve Sailer was canned from NR, and Brimelow from Forbes (or was it both?).
At any rate, it sometimes seems as if at least Sailer is trying to get his ‘ol job(s) back’ within Establishment circles with his inconsistency on the JQ–nary a word for Pat on his blog–even though he is the movie critic with The American Conservative, the magazine Pat started.
If this is the case, he is delusional!
I’ve read some of Linder’s remarks about Buchanan on VNN - I’m not so sure I totally buy what he’s saying.
I agree with him that the mainstream conservative movement essentially displaces the racialist movement, and therefore has to be attacked and destroyed. Kievsky used the analogy of why carbon monoxide is poisonous - blood more readily bonds to CO than O2, so you die from lack of oxygen. I think that’s a useful way of looking at it.
Still, while Pat Buchanan is pretty far removed from hardcore WN, he’s pretty far removed from the mainstream conservative movement as well… it’s hard to say whether or not Buchanan is diverting people from serious racialism or whether he’s highlighting the deficiencies in mainstream conservatism and providing people with a convenient gateway to something better.

I’m becoming more convinced by the day that the function of “conservatism”-paleo as well as mainstream-is to guard the borders of what is a liberal empire.”Conservatives” keep “extremists” out,thereby insuring the continuity of the liberal regime,and in recompense receive a modicum of privilege from the imperial system.

I’ve recently been informed that F.Roger Devlin was fired on account of his essays dealing with feminism and female misbehaviour.Does anyone have an additional information on this?Where was he fired from?

Well Euro, I wish that was the extent of Herr Fleming’s’ idée fixe’, since I think the West has become way too selfishly permissive.
My beef with him, along with many other WN’s, is his inconsistent doubletalk on the Race Question–and getting worse and worse in his Herb-like quest for ‘respectability’.
Nothing specific concerning any inside dirt on him (anyone else have any?), though again I have heard more than a few people say he played a quite different tune when he was editor (?) I believe of Southern Partisan.
Also heard that he is arrogant to the nth degree, which may be in line with his hang-ups on status and social ‘approval’.
You consider Occidental Quarterly to be philo-Semitic? Amren/Taylor I would agree, but TOQ?
Which would polarize whites and Jews more, kicking Pat into obscurity and replacing him with a more subservient conservative, or allowing him to incense more Jews into attacking him and whites thereby revealing their true nature? Considering the short attention span of Americans, I think the latter may be more beneficial.
